The hotel was well decorated in a modern contemporary Chinese style. The front staff were helpful, though some of them did not speak the language, it wasn't only a minor problem. The room, though not that spacious, was well designed and well-equipped. It was very clean and new. Breakfast was great too.

MalaysiaThe air conditioning unit system cannot be adjusted its mode as I wish. I was sweating on the first night, tried to adjust the mode to cold but system cannot be override.
The room was neat and clean. The hotel itself was so pretty outside as well as their interior. All their staffs very helpful and attentive. My room was very hot on the first night(with no window), requested to change the room the next day. They gave me bigger room with window so I can open during nighttime(it was winter and the AC mode fixed on heater mode only)

BrazilThe hotel is excellent! We enjoy every moment! The location is close to markets, metro lines and beautiful places like the Lama Temple. The cleaning was very good, the staff were very attentive to us, the breakfast was delicious! The room was also very good and the shared area was a reminder of great times.

Staff was very polite and kind. We were with 2 years old child and we arrived to Beijing at 1:20, so our check in was approximately at 5:00. The staff conducted our check in very quickly. 1) There was housekeeping every day and it was very good and thorough. Every time housekeepers were changing and adding to our room new Towels, slippers etc 2) room was very tidy and new. We use HVAC system during all the time and it was perfect 3) breakfast included both European and Chinese food and it was such various so our child always found what to eat. 4) the hotel has a small garden with sofa and tables at which visitors can enjoy during good weather. I am highly recommending this hotel Thank you for this good journey

Comfy, clean and has everything you need. Love that the toilet has a built in bidet. Love the interior design of the hotel. About 12mins walk to nearest metro, direct line to Beijing capital airport. Love they have washer dryer iron steamer that is free for use for guest.

SpainThe rooms are not very sound proof. Breakfast is not as expected but still ok. Gym is just besides laundry room, not any intimacy, everyone sees you from the laundry place, and few fitness machines are available. The lift is quite small for an hotel with this size, and only 1 lift as kind of cargo lift without mirrors inside or any decoration. Also in all the rooms only 1 small mirror in the bathroom, no bathtubs in most rooms, not usual for a 4-5 star hotel in China.
Good location, near center and hutong area. Laundry is auto service with enough machines, efficient and free of charge.

Hong KongLocation is pretty far to subway. Traffic is bad at the main road before turning into the lane which the hotel is located. No fridge! No mirror outside bath room which I find very inconvenient if you are sharing a room. No air-conditioning at this time of the year. So I had to sleep with window opened with noise coming into from outside.
Breakfast was good. Staffs were helpful.

United KingdomThis used to be a nice old hotel. It needed updating but the renovation has not been done well. The stairs up to the entrance and from the lobby to the lift area are very inconvenient if you have luggage. So is the very thick carpet, which makes it hard to wheel your suitcase. There is no fridge in the room and no milk, though there is coffee. Breakfast is varied but pastries are awful. It is expensive for what it is.
The location is great and the hotel has good bones. The breakfast was varied. Staff were friendly and everything was very clean

ItalyThe room is too small, not made for normal people. No television, no wardrobe. The room has not been cleaned one day. Nobody helped us with luggages when we arrived.
The building is quite new and nice. The laundry service is free. The breakfast is very good, which is the highlight of the hotel.
