recently stayed at Sunworld Hotel Wangfujing and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is situated in a very strategic and convenient location, just a short walk to the bustling Wangfujing Street and close to several famous attractions like the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square. It’s also near public transport, which made it easy to explore other parts of Beijing. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and convenience stores around, making it ideal for both leisure and business travelers. Highly recommended if you're looking for a hotel in a central area with great accessibility!

We originally got this hotel and the Dynasty Hotel mixed up. I thought there would be a pool but there was no pool. But otherwise everything was great! Room was comfortable, front desk was extremely helpful, and buffet was delicious.

The breakfast staff seemed exhausted and not particularly helpful. Any options that ran out around 9 pm wouldn't be filled again. Some reception staff struggled to communicate in English.

The location is really convenient. There are two metro stations nearby. The rooms are spacious.

There was a lack of Concierge service, we checked in at 12 am but there was no one to help with the lugagge.

Location was very close to all the historical attractions in the city center. There were 7-11 and restaurants across the hotel. Room was very clean and felt like new.

The room was clean and well-maintained. However, the street-facing rooms have single-pane windows, so noise from outside can be an issue. Unfortunately, the staff was as indifferent and unfriendly as you might expect. Upon checkout, they forgot to charge me for a $0.22 phone call. I was already in a taxi when they loudly called me back inside to pay—hardly the way to treat a guest after a four-night stay. Wouldn’t return.

The location is excellent—close to metro line 5 and in a lively part of the city center.

The building is nice and feels premium, the reception was helpful and spoke decent English. The room was spacious, modern and clean, making this hotel a good value for money. Opposite the hotel is a 7-11 for food etc.

The room is clean and bright but the pillows are too soft.

The hotel is located close to one of the most popular walking street(王府井) in Beijing (5 min walk). The nearest Subway station is just 10 min walk away. The breakfast provided by the hotel is excellent.

Receptionists not fluent in English. May require a translator app. Not as soundproof as I'd like. Got licky my room was at the end of the hallway.

We tried the hotel breakfast, not a wide selection, not that nice and wasn't as tasty as the local breakfast we had across the road.

Received an email the night before we arrived at the hotel, that my credit card for the hotel room did not work. So rang them around 6.30am about it and the receptionist also gave good instructions coming from the airport as we were taking the subway With the room aircon/heater, it was good that we could open the windows as the heater even turned down was very warm, as central heating was still on. Excellent location, around the corner is the main shopping street, department stores subway. Up from the hotel had a very popular Chinese style pastry/bakery shop. Across the road had local breakfast. Beds were very comfortable, and spacious room, no sofa but had 2 comfortable chairs. Showers had the curtains, had the clothes line to hang your wet clothes. Bottle water was always replenished.
