It was really a nice place and worth for the money.The staff was really awesome .It was easy to communicate with them and they immediately responded for everything we asked.I highly recommend this place for a vacation and I enjoyed the city view while nights i stayed there.

It did feel a little unofficial at times, but we had no problems throughout the stay. You are asked to sign a contract when you get there, but I think this is just to show officials if they check, and it didn't lead to any difficulties.

The location is ideal! The rooms were pleasant, the bathroom was great too! The host was really helpful as she stays in the building all day so can help you will any issues or even with booking thing to do in the city. She kindly upgraded us to a bigger apartment too which we really appreciated. It's really good value for money.

The estate is big, as many Chinese estates. It took me a bit time to find the right house.

Location. Overall friendliness. Convenience. The room is simple but bright. Sufficient for me as a single traveler. Also it is quiet, and one can have a good rest in the middle of the city while away from the hustling bustling.

Nothing - a great stay in a great place!

Excellent place to stay, highly recommended. The compound is well-located near public transport, shops, bars and restaurants yet also very quiet and relaxed. There are gardens downstairs giving it a nice feel. The building is quiet and well maintained. The apartment itself was perfect. Clean and comfortable, with everything you could need for a stay in Beijing, including a washing machine and cooking facilities. The manager was very helpful and flexible, and assisted us with various things, as well as a very smooth check-in and check-out process. She kindly gave us a very late checkout for our evening flight! Great place and will certainly be back!

Best location in Beijing. 200 meters from metro. This metro leds you to everywhere, even to Beijing Capital International airport's light train. One of the best Apt, One of the best HOA. If you ask me what is the most attract me. ANSWER: Location !!!

the place is a bit far from the nearest metro station (Line 13) for me, but objectively speaking, you can walk 10 minutes from the apartment to the entrance easily. Riding a bike helps too. The first time I went there, it was a bit confusing how to get to the room without a passkey. Luckily, if you take a Didi cab to the property, just directly enter the basement parking zone, straight to the 26-1 door (ask the property owner)

The apartment faces a wide stretch of urban view, giving off a very amazing view. and because of the high floor, I can view the first snow of Beijing 2023, with the large windows and carpeted window seat and a table to enjoy my hot chocolate, it was very calming and relaxing. The apartment also includes a laundry machine, although it is not equipped with a dryer, there is also a drying rack that you can use under the AC, leave it overnight and your clothes are good to go. The apartment also includes a kitchen, which helps a lot when I want to eat takeouts and heat the food in the microwave. I had a great time overall. And another plus, I arrived around 10 PM, it is very tiring and I would like to rest immediately. The owner is very tactful, so we proceed with payments on the next day and I get to pay with cash. The owner also gladly registered my stay as I am a foreigner in an apartment for locals so that if any officer asked, I wouldn't get in trouble for missing stay accommodation information.

The apartment is located very central between Dongzhimen and Sanlitun, plenty of public transport to get everywhere in a short time. Nice restaurants and bars are in walking distance, same as shops and supermarkets, either for western or chinese food and groceries. Service is very nice, helpful and easy! Thank you very much!

First of all the apartment has the most amazing staff u can imagine. Super welcoming and warm hearted. I loved the big windows. It was super clean and everything is super smooth if you can’t pay with Alipay they also accept cash.
