The ventilation in the room is not adequate enough and there is a little stench in the corridors that the management need to address.

The location is great. A few meters from Luohu train station. There are many eateries around. The staff have gadgets that help with the translation thus making it easy to communicate. The free laundry facility is also a plus.

Access to the hotel is very difficult, as they have to travel all the way from a road that is under construction. The hotel staff doesn't speak English, and despite showing my reservation in Chinese, they got confused and charged me for an extra stay when I had already booked it through Booking.com. They eventually fixed everything when I left, but it took 20 minutes.

They have an excellent breakfast and an incredible cleaning staff. The room was very comfortable.

In my room there was no TV! The carpet was not cleaned properly! - it wasn’t dirty but wasn’t clean clean Had difficulty finding the hotel! English sign is at the front of the hotel - can’t see it as everyone will come from the metro/tunnel/ side area. And front door doesn’t have Paco hotel written on it. I have been told by many non Chinese speakers they too walked right pass the hotel!!!!! There is a Side sign but it’s in Chinese only! Need to ADD an English sign from the side of hotel too!!!!!

Breakfast wasn’t a large selection - but the food was tasty and the staff were friendly at the breakfast area. Good water pressure in the shower!

It was very difficult to find its location. Would appreciate if the hotel would have provided a step by step guide from Luohu metro station to their hotel.

TV seems to require payment to use, couldn't get wifi to work although it was included. Extra firm bed which was fine for me but others wouldn't like.

Construction going on at the main road. Didi unable to stop directly at hotel door step. A little effort to carry own luggage across the uneven pathment due to construction works and need to be careful where to step my feet. .

Almost the entire staff are not able to communicate in English. When I stayed there, there was one lady staff at front desk who hung up my call just because I spoke to her in English. However, some of the other staff are helpful.

Good location and easily accessible to the metro station. However, it might be a bit confusing to reach the hotel on the first visit (once you know the correct directiion, it is super easy). On my first visit, I started from the Luohu metro, followed the online map, and asked for advice from local people in the area (of course, English is useless) and still unexpectedly consumed much time to get there at my first attempt.

Too bad that there was construction on the road right outside the hotel during our stay, the work didn’t happen throughout the night of course, but the metal plate they used to cover the road have produced loud knocking noise when every single vehicle passing through all night long. Didn’t sleep well, pure bad luck I guess.

The hotel may looked mundane from outside, the presentation of front desk and lobby is probably nothing to boast about too, but most importantly the room is quite good and satisfying. The breakfast place is not big but the variety of the food is quite pleasing for me personally. Credit to the guy wearing specs who look after the food and the breakfast place I think he is taking his job seriously, always attentive to making sure food are sufficient and properly presented, also tried his very best to fulfil customers request.

I had quite a bit of luggages to bring to the room. The guy who managed the front desk didn't offer to help at all. Not even an attempt to help to hold the elevator for me.

The size of the room is nice, so is the cleanliness and amenities. The bed is firm and comfortable too.

The breakfast options were very limited, not ideal for anyone looking for a substantial start to the day. There’s also no pool and, as far as I could tell, no gym either. Only one elevator was working, and there was an unpleasant odor in the building. It’s also a pity that the staff doesn’t speak English, which made communication a bit challenging.

The rooms are impressively high-tech. I really loved the lighting setup—it’s so convenient to switch between reading, working, or sleeping modes with just one button. Everything is designed for ease and comfort. The toiletries were plentiful, and the bathrobes, towels, and spacious shower added a real touch of luxury. Overall, these details made my stay incredibly comfortable. The location is also decent, though not perfect, but good enough for convenience. There is a laundry and drying room, which was very convenient for a longer stay.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing.

Next to metrostation from Hong Kong. Perfect for a short stay in Shenzhen coming from HK. Good acces to all public transport. Friendly staff, they don’t speak English but work with translator app. They were very helpful when I wanted to change room after noisy night due to traffic noises.
