The staff wasn't really helpful when my wife asked about our flight out of the country and the details related to the flight. The staff in short told her to find it herself.

The location is pretty good, walking distance to the metro. There was a lot of shopping options outside as well. The breakfast spread was decent

There is nothing to dislike about the hotel

Location was perfect. Metro access is super convenient. There is an underground local market where you can buy some really cool stuff. There is also a variety of food options to try from. A perfect hotel for family and business travelers. The Hotel serve unlimited refreshments throughout the day including Americano coffee.

The room smelled of cigarettes and the bad signal or Wi-Fi connectivity is catastrophic. It is possible that non-Chinese cell phones cause these problems because the speeds were high enough

The accommodation is worth the money, and the location is excellent, the metro from the airport brings you practically to the door of the hotel...

The only thing I didn't like too much was the breakfast. I felt it wasn't too accommodating for the western crowd. Maybe scrambled eggs and bacon. But this didn't take away from the experience.

The staff was incredible. We stayed multiple days for the Canton Fair and so by the end of the experience, it felt like one big day. Thanks to their commitment and sense of community, our experience was improved. Bags of snacks as we left the fair, and tea/coffee and warm towels when we arrived. Breakfast was also served every morning.

Room was a bit dirty in the bathroom. Shower caused water to wet the toilet. Breakfast option was okay but had no English signage to identify what the food options were.

Convenient location, direct metro ride to airport without any changes. Lively area that is not too far from metro station. Staff was very quick to communicate. Check in was easy. Great for one night stay

This place is very close to the subway.. also u can walk to the canton tower which is quite pleasant . The staff are also helpful and we're able to converse and help wz any issues

The first room I got was quite loud, but they switched me to a more quiet room very easily! One person of the staff wanted to fill out the review on booking.com for me and just took my phone, that I did not like.

The hotel was located in the city centre of Guangzhou and was good to reach by metro. there were restaurants and malls quite near to the hotel and the staff, especially in the breakfast room was very nice.
