It's part of chain hostels and it provides solid quality and standard. Comfy beds and sleeping section. Water dispensers. Laundry are with automatic driers (not standard in China). Helpful staff. Good location. The room was clean but a bit messy. A bit too little space for luggage.

My room was a bit loud in the evening when people got back, but this is probably because Changsha is a bit more of a going out city. The hostel floor is huge and a bit dark and labyrinth like because there are no windows. The room was also a bit dark (because of the paint, but there was a window).

Bed was comfy and was very private because of the curtains. The lockers can be locked with the room key. There is a big laundry room. The location is great. There's a small cafe/bar and a common area on the ground floor.

The common lounge area for the hostel was on the ground floor of the building while the lift to the rooms were a few floors up. We had to exit the common lounge and walk to the "public" lift outside the building (past a mini mart) to get to the floor our rooms were located at. Perhaps it was our first time encountering such a big building which had multiple usage like this one, so it felt a little awkward. (But there were security doors so it felt safe). We arrived around midnight and the only food we could get were snacks and bowl noodles from the little mini mart on the ground floor, next to the lift. I found the bathroom a little too dark (partly due to the dark tiles) and the shower area a little dingy.

We booked 2 twin rooms. I really liked how the rooms had a small entry area where we could leave our outdoor shoes. And slip into indoor slippers. The rest of the room was up a couple of steps on a platform where the beds were. The beds felt really comfortable after our flight. The bed linens felt really clean and freshly laundered. The room was well lighted. The ensuite bathrooms were a good size, with the showers separated, so the whole bathroom didn't get wet. A long desk ran along the glass wall facing a major road, but there was practically no traffic noise (electric vehicles make a lot of difference!) There was a kettle which we really appreciated. The hostel looked new and the corridors very neat and well-equipped with a water dispenser, clean common bathrooms and lockers and indoor slippers for those staying in dorms. Quiet too. The common lounge was spacious with lots of areas to gather and enjoy activities like pool. Good vibe. We rested very well that one night and had nice noodles in a little shop a few minutes' walk from the hostel. Before the hostel staff helped us to call a taxi to take us to the train station. All in all, a comfortable stay.

Like other hotels they aren't super knowledgable on tourist things to do and don't speak amazing english but still very helpful. The platform bed is a bit annoying but for the price who cares. Also the windows let a lot of light in at night.

Location was cool - we only stayed there one night on the way to Zhangjiajie. The staff were really cool and gave us recommendations. Didn't get to enjoy the nighttime activities but it's cool that there are some! Air conditioning in private room was good.

I was about to play with friends in Changsha, Jiao Jiao led to the room, explained very detailed is in place, carefully told the location of each region. You can play billiards in the hall on the first floor, and sometimes there are folk songs and movies. Location is also very good, close to the Xiang River, from the surrounding attractions are also very close. Changsha really has a lot of delicious food

SUPER NICE!!!!A girl called Yuxin is warm heart!! Very close to Changsha Railway Station. Room was very big and comfortable. We liked the breakfast of Changsha as well. Location wise very close from Changsha Railway Station and the centre of the city.

No. I think this check-in experience was very perfect

this my first time I'm staying at this hotel and I'm impress by the service, i checked im at midnight and im surprise that the staffs provided a greeting note welcome me. Staffs also assist me alot when i having problems on the direction. I'll return to this hotel again when i come back to Changsha.

The receptionists are so lovely and welcoming! We stayed in a private double room and it was amazing. The bed was so soft and comfortable and the room was really clean. We really enjoyed our stay here!
