AustraliaHeating was way too hot, and it was centralised so we weren’t able to adjust the temperature. We had to ask hotel staff to open the window (16th floor) and we had to sign this consent form to get it done. Apparently the hotel staff said a lot of people were complaining about the same issue. Having hotel windows open and heating on wasn’t a great option. The road noise was constant, and the cold and hot air were blowing at the same time. In addition, the ventilation of the hotel restaurant may not be very good as there js strong cooking smell in the lobby.

Hong KongBelieve booking.com portal used my first name as family name and it took a while for the staff to sort out and locate my booking. Guess this is more a portal problem. Obviously, the more experienced hotel staff helped to identify this usual portal error.

ThailandThe hotel is perfectly located right next to a department store, and I loved grabbing my grape tea from Hey Tea, which was just a few steps away. The staff were super nice, and the room was quite spacious—definitely worth the money. We really enjoyed our stay, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The noodles were fantastic!

Russiawifi was not working very well for me, but probably it is because of Chinese restrictions, even with VPN I was not able to access google services on MacBook. the rest was very good
very nice hotel, wit ha kind of luxury decoration and my room was upgraded for free as a booking genius member and it was really huge, several rooms, 2 bathrooms, very spacey master bathroom with bathtub and panoramic windows. the bed was big and comfy, everything very good, the breakfast has a great variety and a terrace for smokers. really loved the hotel
