The pool was not clean so would not feel comfortable using it but I’m not sure if that’s a seasonal thing. The shower in our room was pretty bad - low pressure and inconsistently hot / cold. The bedding & towels were fresh but the room was pretty dusty and could have benefited from a deep clean. There are serious roadworks surrounding the village which makes the ride to/from the city or the airport very bumpy and every taxi driver we used charged us an additional “cleaning fee”. Hopefully this will be resolved soon as the works are completed. The hosts did offer to drive us to/from the airport/station whenever we wanted so this could avoid this issue.

The hosts were so nice and accommodating. They picked us up and arranged drop-off at the airport even though it was really late / early at no additional cost. We are vegetarian and they made us a traditional breakfast consisting of dumplings, porridge and eggs each day which was very wholesome. The property is beautiful and set in the most quaint village, just 15 mins drive from the airport. We had dinner in the village one night which was also fantastic. They upgraded us to a premium room for my partner’s birthday which was huge, with an amazing view. The hosts also have an adorable dog that lives on the property. The hosts offered to take us to the local metro station whenever we wanted but we opted to take a Didi (taxi) as it only cost approx 100-150RMB into the city and took around 40-60 mins. No lift as this is common in Yum Nam.

The host was so so so extremely friendly, patients, although our arrival delayed from 01.30 to 03.30. They're still on a call basis to pick us up. They prepared simple but delicious local style breakfast even though we didn't expect breakfast. The environment is nice and relaxing. Unfortunately, we only have a snap, but to us, it is valuable. I like their hot shower very much.

The swimming pool is not clean maybe because of the rain. We did not get the room (Chinese style with garden view and bathtub)as we booked, the check in woman gave me a underground room so we had to pay extra to get a modern style room which is not too bad, but the bathroom is smelly.

The staffs of the Guest house is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is ok. The grass grand is nice. The little garden with all kinds of flowers is fantastic.

Very nicely decorated, pleasant hotel that's in a little town. The buildings are all older refurbished buildings and it feels very cosy. Great service, includes free airport pickup and transport to airport the next day.

Most evenings (12am - 2am) were noisy from other guests talking loudly and slamming doors? Little consideration for those who may be asleep.

Very clean and very friendly staff who helped us with many things. The village is basic but does have some local shops and a few local places to eat.

We had a late flight to Kunming, so the hotel's location is very convenient for us, only 15 mins driving from the airport. The driver is very helpful although I don't speak proper Chinese. The hotel is lovely with a nice garden and a surrounded view. The room is a little bit small but comfortable enough for a short stay. Staffs are very helpful and friendly, even when my check-in time is midnight, definitely will come back.

Swimminpool could be very nice , but is too dirty . Breakfast is really basic chinese food , not attractive at all .

Location is fantastic , a small old countryside village only 15min away from Airport ......hotel is nice but could be much better if they want. Owner is nice and very helpful
