The front desk receptionist’s service manner needs to be improved

A great location and Center of Shanghai CBD. A lots of shops, restaurants, museums around. The city Subway line No 2, No1, No 18, plus bus stops within few minutes of walking. The hotel room is quiet and clean. It’s a great choice to stay when you in Shanghai.

Very nice accomodation to stay for a good price. Clean room and very spacious, including a kitchen and separate bathroom. Breakfast is diverse and good. Location is convenient.

Good breakfast, lots of freshly made Chinese food but also enough for western travelers. Location is super, close to Metro and shopping. All sorts of fastfood and other restaurants. Liked the Chinese bqq next to 7 eleven.

The breakfasts were good, but it felt like they trick guests into thinking breakfasts are included for full number of guests but in fact only 1 person is included The drying function of washing machine appeared to be faulty. After 2 trials, the cloths were just as damp as the beginning

Excellent location in the center - convenient for sightseeing, close to metro station and restaurants in the cosest mall, size of the apartment, good for sleeping, washing machine with dryer and detergent in the apartment, every day cleaning, attentive staff, price.

The hotel is really nice and a comfortable option for both medium to long stays. Our room was very clean and spacious, situated on the 11th floor, so we could also enjoy the stunning view of Shanghai skyscrapers. Being a residence, you also have a small kitchen in the room, which is a good option if you want to cook or store something. It is located very close to People’s Square, a really good and central area, easy to walk around. The staff is very kind, welcoming and friendly, even though they don’t speak too much English. You can choose to get breakfast at the hotel (around 10€ per person), but if you want to go for cheaper options, there are many cafes at walking distance, including a Family Mart if you need last minute stuff. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a good price/quality solution.

Shower was over the bath, which was quite deep so difficult getting in and out. Would have liked just a shower unit. Ice tray would have been nice and a toaster, in the kitchen.

The 1 bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable.Good -sized fridge. Breakfast was good and not expensive.Great location, not far from metro and shops and good restaurants.

There was a slight odour near the toilet bowl area each time we flush. Would appreciate a mirror in the master bedroom.

The location is perfect, very near to shopping , eateries and metro. Check in and out is so smooth. All the staff right from the doorman, the front desk , housekeeping and breakfast area staff are so pleasant, polite , friendly, efficient and professional. A big thank you to Ms Tracy (front desk) for all the help rendered. The cream of the cake is of course the pricing, so affordable yet get 5 star treatment. Since the metro is just around 300 m away coming n going to airport is so convenient without needing to hail a taxi which cost soooo much more. The metro to Pudong Airport cost me only 7 CNY whereas a taxi will be around 200+ CNY. Another plus point is that it's quiet so one can really get a good night's sleep. Will definitely recommend this place to all holidaying in Shanghai.

The facility is a bit outdated, room size is on the average side, we booked 1 bedroom apartment which has washer/dryer but the kitchen is fairly small. Both bedroom and living room are equipped with small LCD TVs, limited English programs are available through satellite channels however the signal quality is questionable. There is an unpleasant sewage odour in our bathroom due to the aging of the building.

Unbeatable location, the service apartment is within walking distance to many tourist spots in Shanghai. It is a 2 minutes walk to Peoples Square connected by 3 subway lines. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. There is a convenience store near the corner of the building and you receive a 12% discount om purchase by showing your room key card.

I loved the hotel!! Excellent location close to places of interest and public transport, the breakfast offered by the hotel was excellent, good value and very clean. Special congratulations to the staff Rita, who was very friendly and treated us with understanding at all times.

No separate shower. Shower in bathtub and fixed relatively low.

Nice serviced apartment with kitchen, washing machine and separate sleeping room and living room. Friendly and helpful staff. Decent breakfast with freshly boiled noodles and dumplings. Good coffee. It's in a good location, only a few minutes from People's Park and East Nanjing Road. The metro station is a 5-minute walk, and the train station is 2 stops away. A convenience store is around the corner.

Would be even better if there was some dishwashing detergent in the kitchen so we can clean up after ourselves or our own kitchenware if required.

Excellent location, easy walking distance to the main shopping area and many options for food nearby. Buffet breakfast was handy in the mornings without worrying where to eat, staff were friendly, polite, and made us feel very welcome. When we raised an issue with our original room, staff were happy to move us to a different room. Washing machine, washing detergent, microwave, and dinnerware and cutlery are all provided. The bidet toilet was a nice surprise. Would look to stay here again next time.

I like firm beds and the bed was a bit soft.
