The room is dark and old, tv is super small. Toiletries given is only a bar of handsoap , shower cap. I guess toothbrush will be given when asked

The room separations were not too solid, it was easy to overhear the neighbors.

The location is wonderful, central but quiet in Xujiahui with its multitude of dining options and several subway lines. The hotel was not too busy.

You can hear a lot of noises from corridors or next door room I got a room which was connected to another one: as a consequence, I could here my neighbour's TV and conversation, and cigarette smoke was infiltrating in my room. I did not make the staff aware as in the middle of the night but quite disappointing for this kind of hotel.

Located in the heart of Xujiahui, it seems to have it all: 3 subway lines at 100m, and nearby highways connecting to the airports. Green parks and plenty of F&B options, as well as malls for clothes, electronics, luxury goods, supermarkets: all within walking distance from this hotel. A great place to start discovering or to rediscover the city... or just doing business, in the lounge, top floor with views.

The experience at the pool was not very nice. While I understand why the revised pool opening times, having 2 guys there watching me while I swim was a weird experience. When it wasn't even a large area....

Location - perfect. I booked this place as it was walking distance to the offices I needed to get to and it didn't disappoint. An easy walk there, and a great location to other amenities. The lounge was quite the bonus as well. A nice way to chill after work without worrying about where to go for dinner and wrapping up with drinks as well. A good way to meet other travelling workers at the same time.

Excellent location. Near to malls and metro station. As XuJiaHui is a metro exchange station, was able to take the metro to almost all the places that i visited. Many cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable.

Kind of a weird location; a bit far from the normal spots you'd want to visit in Shanghai if you're a tourist. Horrible views. Ask for a toothbrush.

Staff upsell an upgrade with an expensive buffet breakfast. We end up paying an exorbitant price for our room which is totally unnecessary. The buffet breakfast is expensive and the spread only moderate. Bread is not freshly baked ones. Egg selection limited.
