We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Big Noice lasted till 5AM for 1st night; 2nd night noice lasted till 2 AM 吵闹不能睡眠 2 cooking smell surround whole day,have to keep window closed. 油烟味大 3. owner Xiao insisted I should call the police by myself if I felt noisy. She doesn’t hear the super big music and shouts, even In 12AM. 老板坚持客人如果觉得吵,应自行报警。 4 they said no western style breakfast. Pay listed price for coffee. Chinese breakfast is so poor. use soybean powder and cold boiled egg, re wavered baozi. 只有简单中式早餐,与网站图片不符。 5. I called Xiao 2days in advance and she assured her room is quite. Such a big disappointment! terrible feeling I use bookingcom 10 years. It’s 1st time I gave a review lower than 7.
I like the room deco style. Owner Xiao upgraded the room.
