Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There is free wifi, bottled water, snacks and tea. Bedroom area was also clean. Also free laundry washing machine and dryer.

Everything. Dana and her team made our trip perfectly smooth. We arrived late night in Beijing, she arranged the van pick up at Beijing airport to hotel. She also helped us to book entrance tickets to Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven, booked van to Gubei water town via Didi application all at cost!! This hotel providing the best service. They try their best to sincerely help us. They help to kept our luggages after we checked out and will help to send these luggages to other hotel in Beijing later after we back from Gubei water town. The rooms we booked are clean and comfortable. The location is perfect in the heart of Nanluoguxiang. Many food choices near the hotel. We confidently recommend this hotel for your trip to Beijing.

The locking mechanism for the outside balcony was a bit weak and the fact you can walk over to other guests balconies made me a bit worried about leaving my things in the room. Especially since there was no safety deposit box in the room.

Good location in a popular hutong and an equal 15-minute walking distance from other tourist attractions. There's a Starbucks right in front of the entrance for breakfast and morning coffee. I got a room with a balcony which was very nice to sit outside in the evening. Staff is very accommodating and helpful.

Stayed in this place for the 2nd time on our way back hume during 24 hour layover. The staff was lovely, everybody speaks English, we once again got upgraded to a better room and even got gifts from hotel :) We had an early check out, 5 am, and lovely ladies at the register helped us to book a taxi, and made sure driver knew we didnt speak Chinese and that we wanted to pay in cash. The place itself is lovely and very clean, provides a strong WiFi connection and excellent service 💖

Staff is so lovely, evebody speaks English, you get all the confirmations you might need to show to customs. The place itself was clean and super cozy! 💖🌸 We got upgraded for free to a room with a huge window and a garden view 🌸 The bed was also extremely comfortable, and all bathroom amenities clean and fancy (now I want to buy the same hairdryer lol) It might be a bit hard to find the hotel, since it's not on Google maps, so pay attention to figuring out the location before landing in China. Starbucks at the S Gulou line should be your major guideline, since it is loceted right in front of the hotel and it's the easiest way to find it on the street! Will be visiting this place again, when I am in Beijing, thank you so much 💜

Lovely location to be at since we wanted to be where the local people shop and live. Lots of local food and bakeries in close proximity. Staff were all so friendly and helpful and there are a few staff who could speak English, Special thank you to a staff called Mia!!

Excellent location! Staff super helpful and accommodating. Comfortable bed and pillows. Thick and comfy towels. Good air con. Room is clean, well equipped and in good size. The hotel is in Nanluoguxiang, a very busy tourist spot, but it is very quiet inside the room. This stay completely exceeded my expectations for many reasons but main kudos goes to the hotel staff, for how much they take care of their guests, especially Mr. Bao at Front Desk! He helped us resolve a difficult situation with a shop amicably and we got the problem merchandise exchanged.

The hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We occupied the family room, super spacious, we recommend it. The staff is very friendly and attentive, they give you the information you need and make you feel very comfortable. you can wash and dry your clothes for free. There is no breakfast, but the hotel has a delicious coffee machine, teas and cookies available at all times. the location is excellent.

The bedroom is a bit small, you can hear the noise from the corridor (other guests think they are alone in the hotel at noight!) but not from outside. THe bathroom does not have a peg to hung the towel which is not convenient.

The hotel is located in the heart of Nanluguoxiang which is very convenient you can walk or take a bike to visit the hutongs or go to Houhai lake and close to the metro station. The staff is helpful speaks a bit of english. You can take a coffee or tea and water is free. No noise from the vibrant street.

Great place in the middle of one of the most famous hutongs. It is near to Forbidden City, many other hutongs and other interesting places. Clean, convenient accommodation. And really very helpful employees in the hotel.

The hotel was quiet but some noise could be heard from neighbouring rooms - however it was not loud enough to disrupt sleep.

Location was excellent for the metro and is right in the Hutong tourist area so very convenient for local sightseeing. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with local restaurants. The room was very compact and comfortable with an outside balcony/patio area. Fridge/TV/AC and bathroom were all clean and functioning well.
