TurkeyBreakfast was the same as months ago and not touching to foreigners actually. Eating the same dishes everyday due to limited options are quite disappointing and it's not matching such a for this hotel I guess.
The room was clean, new, quiet big and all equipment existed to longer term stay.

ChinaThe staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was a special day for us and we let them know ahead of time and they made it a little bit extra special. The washing machine in the room was useful, the breakfast was just above average with a wide selection of types of food (the takeaway containers were also great).

RussiaThis hotel had taken as a warranty (on 12.03.2025) an amount almost two times more than cost of the rooms and is still keeping thas warranty amount. When i tried to clarify this issue they answered that they had returned money back already. I had to talk with my bank which confirmed that amount will be kept by hotel up to the 14/04/2025 - more than 1 month. It means answer about money was not correct. If you have time to clarify where are your money after the trip or you do not have any other way to use your mony as keeping them in this hotel account - you are welcome in this hotel. For me it was the last time here. They are not professional.

AustraliaRoom is not clean - we found lots of hairs on the chair inside one of the bedrooms (which is obviously not cleaned) and the floor is generally dusty and dirty (kid’s feet were all dark after taking shoes off inside the apartment). The sofa also has quite obvious stains… Left message to the hotel to request a cot and received no reply until we had left the hotel. If you want to request a cot or any special request, best to call them directly as it seems like the hotel message is not monitored regularly. Also recommend you specifically request the room to be cleaned before checking in (especially for large apartment like ours which may not be frequently booked). Generally quite disappointed with the stay as this is definitely not an Ascott standard stay given the price we paid for the 2 bedrooms.
Good facility, provide free parking. The 2 bedroom apartment we’ve stayed is spacious to accomodate a family of 4. Hotel staff is nice.

We got a 1 bedroom apartment. It was new and perfectly clean. The staff helped us with kitchen utensils and etc to be able to cook. They come and clean everyday and the cleaning the do is proper. Both housekeeping and the frontdesk always try their best to help. Some people at frontdesk speak English and that's a plus too. Great stay.
