Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeAdmittedly the location isn't the best; if you're looking for local options for food nearby there are no walkable paths. However, if you're able to get DiDi working, you can get to a few major shopping locations or nearby districts for food in a matter of a few minutes.
There was a pretty big variety of food for breakfast. Fruits were fresh and sweet! And there was plenty to choose from; if you preferred a more Chinese breakfast there were those options too. The staff were friendly and helpful. And as any of you who have stayed in a DoubleTree hotel before may know, the cookies given at the reception when you check-in were absolutely delightful as always. I've been dreaming about the cookies and I think I'm going to have to find a recipe for it....

Great location in Nanshan, in the Western part of Shenzhen between beautiful parks and an ancient towns like Nantou as well as a dutch stile village with many gardening and flower shops and charming cafes. Very tasty and extensive breakfast buffet.

GuatemalaCarpets need to be replaced as soon as possible. They look pretty worn out. Lunch and dinner menus are very, very limited.
Nice hotel, good location. Metro station is about 600m away. There are a couple of electronics stores around the corner and a McDonalds about 750m away. Breakfast was OK, not great but OK. Staff is very friendly. Some have very limited english knowledge but they find a way to help you. Rooms are very nice and comfortable. They offer a window that opens, nice for airing out the room. All is very clean. And the beds and pillows are excellent.

The free cookie they give you when you arrive was amazing. The infinity pool was excellent. The staff are very helpful. Some of them have only basic English but this doesn't stop them trying their best to help. The rooms are very large and impressive.
