Beautiful hotel, helpful staff and spacious clean rooms. We stayed here for 3 nights while we explored the national park and it was perfect. We also got a discount at the restaurant next door as it’s owned by the same people, which was lovely for an evening meal. They also do breakfast, and have a free laundry room which we made use of.

Right next to the park entrance. Mei Mei from frontdesk was really nice and helped us with tickets and planning our time at the park. At check-in we got a discount, what was a happy surprise!

Room was frigid when we arrived (heat off and window left open). Don't pay extra for "mountain view." It's actually a street view with mountains in the background (see photo taken from room). Not a bad view but wouldn't have paid extra had I known. We didn't want our room cleaned daily but the "Do Not Disturb" light was not respected.

Excellent location just a short walk (1/4 mile, 5 minutes) from the east gate (main entrance) of Zhangjiajie National Park. Lots of good restaurants and shopping just steps away. Friendly and helpful staff who provided a park map and gave great advice for visiting the park, restaurants, etc. (although most spoke only a little English, easy to communicate using a translation app) Delicious and plentiful full breakfast including cooked-to-order items and good coffee. Great shower (good pressure and very hot water). Very comfortable beds.

It was cold in the hall, but the heater warmed up room very fast. It was also cold in the restaurant and we were forced to having breakfast in warm jackets

Because I was traveling in December, I was concerned by heating facilities in the hotel. Despite in common premises (like elsewhere during the winter) was quite cold, the proper air conditioning system in our room makes our stay very comfortable. Heating system works perfectly well. I also emphasize the perfect location of hotel - 7 min walking from the main gates to the park and very good restaurants nearby.

A little bit noisy as the street in front of the hotel transform into night market in the evening. But it will be quiet around 9:30 p.m.

Great location close to 武陵源 标志门。 It is about 10 minutes walk to the entrance gate. Food at restaurant on site is delicious with a reasonable price. Property is well kept and very clean. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.

I had a fantastic stay at Yoba Hotel. The view from my room was comfortable and clean, The hotel is beautifully designed. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, going above and beyond to make me feel at home and providing great tips on exploring the area. Highly recommended.

The lifts are a little small. If you have a few big luggage, you probably have to make a few trips to get all the luggage up.

The hotel is just 2min walk to the entrance of the national park. There is a night market right outside the hotel. There are marts and restaurants in the immediate vicinity as well. The rooms are relatively big and clean. Good value.

Near the east gate of the park. Carol and her team were very helpful. They helped us develop a custom plan to visit the Tainmen mountain, Grand canyon / glass bridge, and the national park, and did all the ticket reservations for us. They are many restaurants and food in the street.

Very good location! Only few minutes walk to park entrance. Very friendly staff. And the staff was great and helped us to book all park and show tickets in advance. Also, she explained to us very well the best visiting directions, so we can avoid the overcrowded in the sightseen places.

The hotel is a five minutes walk from the entrance to the park, so it is ideal to stay there if you want to start early and without hassle. It is also right next to the night market, so you have nice activity for the evenings as well. The staff was very helpful, and Mary really helped us to prepare our routes and gave us a lot of helpful advice(and with good English!). They also helped us with booking a taxi to the airport(not very far) so the entire stay was smooth.

Breakfast was very average. Watery coffee, small selection of food, not very good quality. We only got one card for the room and they didn't have a spare for us. We were told they were all given out when we misplaced it.

Amazing location, easily to get to. We loved our room very spacious, clean and cosy. The lighting was fantastic, few modes of warm lights, depending on the mood. We could try different teas downstairs and they also had laundry room available. We loved the receptionist named Sisi, very helpful and spoke good English.

the location to zhangjiajie national park entrance is just less than 10 mins walk. An excellent location which I will highly recommended. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel also comes with laundry facility except no dryer. There are drying area where we can hang the clothes to dry

A 4 night stay was nowhere near enough time in the amazing area. Wish I stayed longer!

Staff were super helpful with all my questions promptly answered before my stay. Also very helpful with booking all of the tourist activities for me and explained everything to me, allowing me to focus on enjoying and exploring the beautiful area. Plenty of USB sockets in the room for easy charging and a very nice big and powerful shower which I wish I could take home with me.

We were welcomed very warmly, especially by Mary with whom we had nice little conversations over a cup of tea. Besides that, the hotel and the room are very nice and every evening there is a little market right in front of it with all kinds of food and other things. The best part possibly for us was the fact that the hotel is located at walking distance (just around the corner!) of one of the entrances to the Zhangjiajie National Park, ideal since we could enter the park very early this way. All in all a very good experience and we would definitely come back again to have another cup of tea with Mary ;)
