Located at the heart of Muslim Cultural District, we were accessible to all scrumptious foods and beverages all day long. The staff were helpful and friendly, they accommodated to the requests and helped a lot for all the inquiries we had. The facilities were amazing, the rooms were comfortable.. and to sum up, this hotel is highly recommended amongst many other places I’ve ever visited.

Great staff and location! Please note the hotel is not easily reachable by car, so you will have to walk to get there. Liz is the best and is always able to help and recommend places and restaurants! The area is so interesting and safe to walk around.

The property is in an excellent location walk out the front door right into a street with everything you need some of the best food I’ve had in China

The manager was extremely helpful booked our flights taxis and gave great advice his wife did our laundry for us for free awesome people highly recommend this property thank you

Love this hotel! From its location, especially the close proximity to the Muslim street, to the exceptional service by the staff. Liz, in particular was superb, as always! She’s always so helpful, gave good recommendations and goes out of her way to make guests feel welcomed! Have stayed here twice over the past two months and both times were just great!

This is perfect place for us and we are grateful we found this place. Mr Zhang and Ms Liz (the Staff)- they are very polite, attentive, good English speaking, very helpful. Location- perfect, still within the city center where halal / muslim food / restaurants are around this place, and Huimin & Beiyuanmen streets are just 250 meter away. Room- very clean, spacious, affordable price, sufficient amenities, cleaned daily when requested (put the sign at door). Common area- have elevator, washing machine with detergent, mini refrigerator. Service- staff helped on airport stransfer, 24 hour check in. Such a hidden gem!

It's a very good normal hotel to stay in Xi'an, located in a neigborhood, inside the Muslim quarter, amidst several food places. I was in a comfortable room, everything what I need was there. Moreover, it is clean and the attitude of the lady who usually remains at the reception is quite supportive, providing directions to tour the city when you ask. Foreigners with limited or zero Chinese skills can conveniently talk her in English. Just bear in mind: this is a normal hotel.

Not much of what we did not like but more of those intending to book. This is not your typical hotel that you get, but it is somewhat a boutique hotel. Manage your expectations.

Staff is exceptional in terms of service. Very helpful. They help arrange for the airport transfer to and fro, since we did not want a tour for the terracota, they arrnage for transport there and back as well as for the purchase of tickets. Special mention to Liz for all the help for the arrangement of transport amd ourchase of terracota warriors tickets. She even gave us directions when we asked for it and recommendations as well. I have informed them that it was my 22nd wedding anniversary, and on the second day of stay, they gave us a bouquet of flowers and a porcelain tea set as gifts. Thanks again and excellent. Location wise- right in the middle of muslim quarters. Food is to the left and right of the hotel once you step out.

The room is very good. The Owner is very helpful. Helped me do booking for entrance ticket to tourist spots. Also personally showed me places to eat nearby. He even offered to do my laundry for me.

The WiFi was very slow, and a fridge in the room would have been nice, but nothing major.

The room was a good size, very clean, with a comfortable bed. The location is ideal, right in the Muslim Quarter, but you can’t hear the hustle and bustle of the street from the room.

We enjoyed staying at Fanjian Inn. Everything was tidy, the staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was spacious. We genuinely enjoyed wandering the Muslim neighbourhood a lot and stumbling from one little hidden gem to the next.
