I'll think twice before I book in your hotel
    • Business trip
    • Solo traveler
    • Deluxe, Guest room, 2 Twin/Single Bed(s), City view
    • Stayed 3 nights

Why don't you answer on booking.com messages, neither on the e-mail sent to you. I need the invoice of my stay.

Despite of a good hotel, unfortunately the communication is something to improve. I am sending the messages to the hotel to send me invoice on booking.com but none answers

Do not stay here as it is a ghost town.

If you are looking to stay in a room with spoilt AC with outside temperature running between 4 to 8 degree celcius in the day and even lower at night, then this place would be perfect. When the technician came to the room; instead of fixing the AC, he told us to open the room window. If you are looking to travel by subway to the city centre for 40 to 60 mins one way each time, then this place is for you. If you are willing to travel by DiDi for all your appointments, then this place is for you. if you planned to go for a day tour and the tour comes with pick up from hotel, the tour guide will not agree to pick you up as the location is outside the city centre, Hence, you need to call a DiDi at your own expense as the metro does not operate at 4am. If you are a muslim traveller who just wants to drink milk and bread for all meals, then this place is for you as you are not able to find halal food within few metres. You have to travel over 1km each time you want to eat. And if you happen to come across one, you have to play russian roulettes cos they close at irregular times due to lack of foot traffic. The entire place is a ghost town. Basically there isn’t much going on around that area.

There was nothing to like about this establishment.

Cell coverage was not great. Lots of tall buildings. Internet was good but filtered because in China.

    Facility was clean and great.
