We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Malaysia1. I got a disabled room where the mirror was quite low and it also had a connecting room. The neighbour was smoking so I changed rooms 2. The final 2 days of my stay we did not have water in the morning. This is the first time it has happened in all my stay here 3. Unable to claim points because i did not book in the app and booked on booking.com
The location of the hotel is within easy acess of the metro. There is a mall nearby where there are restaurants to eat at. Walmart is also within walking distance

Buffet breakfast was amazing, both Western and Chinese food. Fast and efficient laundry service. Staff was helpful for this Western visitor. Lots of shops in the neighborhood.
