The stay was comfortable and the hotel room was clean and bright. The toilet had a little bit of a smell but it didn't affect the rest of the room due to the glass door separating it. The staff were friendly and helpful in helping me keep a package that was delivered to me. Breakfast was adequate. As for the location, it is near Tonghuimen station (line 2, which can be used to reach some other areas like people's park, tianfu square and chunxi rd) - near enough to the main sights but also further away if you want to get away from the constant hustle and bustle of the city centre. if you cut across the park (culture park), you can also access line 5 (qingyang station). Around the hotel and along the main road there are food options (especially hot pot).

Have to improve sound proofing, I’m stay 2 night.. 1st night will be nice stay , but the 2nd night can’t sleep well .. upstairs step noise and corridor noise..

My room faced the lobby so for privacy I couldn’t open curtains to enjoy the water flowing outside. Room space is small, no private space to change clothes. Also suggest to place another dustbin in the room, as the only one is inside the toilet

Only issue is with the design of the bathroom doors swinging out which messes the floor mat and is right nx to the main door.

The design of the hotel has some oriental touches which I liked. It’s modern, simple and functional. Relatively new too! They have on site laundry facilities which is a plus!

The staff and in particular Joy were so helpful when we had a tricky situation following an accident. Joy and her team helped us at every step. If you're staying in Chengdu you must stay here. Excellent hotel and facilities.

Only things I didn't like was that I felt the room was not cleaned properly. My hair still appeared on the floor. Veg/vegan options for breakfast could have been better, but I understand this would not be popular with many patrons

The hotel is a little far from the nearest train station (approx 10 mins). Also the first room we were allocated had bathroom odour (think from the pipes) but the staff very promptly gave us a new room which was fine

Superb value for money. We had a wonderful 4 night stay - everything was great, from the friendly staff, modern well equipped rooms to the tasty breakfast. Beds were super comfortable. Staff were very helpful and even helped us book a taxi when we weren’t able to. Would 100% recommend and return again!

Whole experience was great. Room was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Breakfast was good. Location was cool. However, the highlight was the staff. Joy and the team helped with everything that we needed and really aided us in a bit of crisis. Can't recommend them highly enough.

There was some issue with the hot water system. I was told that no hot water running after I send them a text through wechat grouptext. But there wasnt any hot water to begin with on my 1st night of stay. Not until the next day they realise the hot water system is under maintenance. Depsite all that, the team tried their best to recover the crisis.

I booked the 1st floor (a.k.a ground floor) for the zen misty manmade water feature of the hotel. So it has a great view throughout day & night. I had a tea with a pastry gifted by the hotel in the day. I arrived earlier than expected, and was immediately given a room despite early arrival (i appreciated it alot). Very friendly & helpful staffs. The water dispenser in the room was indeed very thoughtful & clever! I don't need to buy any water nor do I need to boil any water. The interior of the room is well thought, you can find power plugs (USB ones) almost every corner. Very hygenic & well kept place. Love the bed, I love hard yet comby bed. There's both hard & soft pillows for you to choose from - like i said, everything is so thoughtful. oh yes, and the Smart Speaker is sooooo fun & useful, you dont need to lift a finger to open the curtains & adjust the aircon or heater. I will definitely come back if i'm ever back in Chengdu again.

Wish it was more towards the front of the gate. Map of address didn't show the correct location of the hotel so hard to find if didn't know as address numbers aren't easy to understand. Maybe can tell guests during checkin. The first floor with restful balcony was great, but guests who smoke there from other rooms ruin the experience for those who are sensitive to smoke as it just floats down the path. Maybe should consider not allowing smoking there as it's still within facility. Some of the first floor rooms are directly across from dining area, a little awkward with floor to ceiling glass doors. Washer dryer is great, should have English translations to help. Same with AI experience, consider adding other languages.

Super excellent team of staff. They go above and beyond to help and make you welcome and comfortable. One staff at front desk was super quick on his feet, didn't get his name, male, short hair with glasses. Very knowledgeable. Everyone was friendly and quick to answer questions and help. Place was clean, new and quiet during my stay. Cleaning staff was excellent and detail oriented. Bed and pillow was excellent and temp in room was comfy and super quiet experience. Def worth the experience.

Looks beautiful from the outside, with lovely relaxing water features. The hotel is also located on a beautiful road really close to a subway station and within walking distance of the Kuanzhai Alleys. Rooms were modern and made us of technology well. Staff were very friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast was a nice spread of both Western and Chinese stapled, with the option to have a fresh bowl of soup noodles made for you!

Very centrally located but also in a relatively quiet street in Chengdu, easy to be picked up via taxi and lots of rentable bicycles right outside. The closest metro stop on Line 2 which houses most of the main lines in Chengdu, including to Taikoo Li and the People's Park. Amazing facilities, including a hot and cold water dispenser - a huge (and rare) luxury given most Chinese hotels will just give you bottled water. Rooms were modern, clean and well-maintained with a huge king size bed, and had a giant TV with various streaming capabilities on Chinese sites, and also had an Alexa/voice assistant. The staff were extremely accommodating - we appreciated the welcome snacks, drinks in the mini-fridge, and that there was a staff member available to help do and deliver our laundry to our rooms free of charge. They even prepared breakfast to-go when we needed to leave before 7AM, and received meal deliveries for us. The hotel is within walking distance to Kuanzhai Alley and next door to Shu Feng Ya Yun Sichuan Opera which we highly recommend. Be sure to visit San He Pu hotpot too. Highly recommended!

Lovely hotel on a superb street and next to a lovely park. Staff were so welcoming and friendly. Rooms lovely, clean and spacious. Excellent location near the metro for exploring the City, short ride to the Panda Park and for getting to the main train staions for the high speed trains. 10 minute walk to Khan and Zhai Alley and close to Junli Ancient street - both fun areas to explore. Breakfast was delicous - the best we had during our stay and the coffee fresh. I thorougly recommend this hotel and would return.
