Great room with lakeview, very caring staff, nice breakfast. Quiet location at a huge pond near a famous cave, easy to get to town by taxi. Nice terrace to sit outside. Try riding a bicycle around here.

The place is literally heaven on earth. Never been in a better hotel in my life. The staff is incredibly friendly and English speaking, they helped us get a spot on the Li River cruise when it seemed impossible to find a free boat. Also gave us a room upgrade which was super nice of them

The food options are limited.

The service was very warm and personal. Melody, John and his wife were exceptional including inviting us to their family CNY celebrations. The suite rooms with the terrace in between was lovely, the rooms were modern. Quiet location

Maybe just a bit remote from town. Added extra driving distance after a long tiring day, hence unpleasant when traffic was heavy. More than made up for by the good stuff. We'd definitely stay again.

Everything! The room was super beautiful with a nice view over the lake. All the propriety is really well maintained. Outside you can really relax and enjoy peaceful moments. Staff was amazing, super kind and helpful. Melody helped us to organize activities and also lunch and dinner. We really appreciate her kindness.

Not a big deal, but when it says hot tub in the description that really means bathtub.

The staff was so friendly and helpful! The room was big and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, and it was so pleasant to sit and eat outside. The resort is a little far from downtown but is an easy didi ride away. The lake was smaller than I expected, but it was still nice. I really enjoyed my time here and felt very relaxed!!

Comfortable room and friendly staff. The location is few minutes walk from a stunning cave to visit and not so far from Guilin center (15 min cab which costs around 2€). Also good laundry and massage service :) I had a guide who picked me up from the hotel to do the typical hikes and tours which I would recommend for every tourist because it is difficult to do these things alone around that area if you don‘t speak chinese.

Hotel's located near the bus station, so it is very easy to get to famous tourist destinations. Moutain view room is very beautiful, surrounding scenery also beautiful. Hotel staff can speak English pretty well.♥️♥️

Pretty far from the center. Everything was a bit worn down and seemed dusty. There are no shops nearby and as I was there I was told that the restaurant was closed/ without food. But in the end they prepared something, because I was quite hungry.

The lake is beautiful and the cave is well worth a visit. The bed was very comfortable.
