The hotel location is far from the subway.

The hotel is near the bund, and our room can directly see the night view of the Bund.

I was lucky to get a room upgrade, so had a corner room overlooking the river and the Bund. The room was spacious with a very impressive bathroom. Check in was smooth - Henry was particularly helpful. Food was good, suiting both western and local palates. Only wish I was there for longer.

Room with a great view just in front the river (see picture attached). Close to the main turistic spots in Shanghai. Very good breakfast. They gave me early check-in (at 7 a.m.) without any extra cost: thanks guys !!

The nearest subway station is 800 m from the hotel.

When we notified the stuff that the water pressure in the bathroom was very low they act immediately and moved us to another room.

The safe was not working and we asked for repair. The staff came to repair for the first time and working but the safe stopped the working on the second day and we asked for repair but it still didn’t get repair after we came back to the hotel at night so we didn’t ask for repair again as we were going to check out tomorrow so we did feel bit disappointed about this matter.

Rooms could do with a bit of TLC. There is bit of mildew in the bathroom and one of the plug socket covers came away from the wall when trying to put a plug in the socket.

Bed was super comfy. Complementary toilets were appreciated as I’d forgotten my razor. Bar has an amazing view and the staff were great.

The lobby needs some attention...the upstairs lounges are terrifically designed, what happened to the poor entry lobby? Just a bit weird. I am a design professional, I know what I am talking about.

The view was phenomenal. The bedding was perfect, as were the bathroom facilities. The room was much larger than I had expected.

The view from room, absolutely fantastic facing directly the river and three landmarks on the other side. The staff, very friendly and helpful, and offers hospitality at the best possible way. The roof bar, one of the few best spots where you can have the full bund view without needing to crowd with tourists.

It's a fifth time we stayed in Shanghai and a fifth time we stayed at Indigo hotel on the Bund. Fantastic view on river and Pudong. And cozy room with Art Deco interior design . The new modern mall opposite of hotel where a lot of stores and restaurants . Pleasant clean area around the hotel. The Bund ... Never change this hotel to others for future trips in Shanghai.

I've EXTREMELY not ready to pay deposit (wasn't mentioned in description of hotel) and long time awating for it's unlock on card.

I like location, view, hospitality (Carey was EXTREMELY kind to bring me to the pharmacy and help to choose), skybar, breakfast.
