South AfricaI was unable to use the swimming pool or Jacuzzi because I didn’t have a swimming cap. I wasn’t notified about this requirement when booking the hotel. There’s only one bar & restaurant excluding the Buffet restaurant. The hotel reception gave us the incorrect information regarding the duration of the Subway from NECC to Pudong International Airport. She advised that the duration is +- 50 minutes, however, the actual duration was around 90 minutes, which is a significant difference and could result in someone missing their flight.
Great hotel, especially if you’re attending an exhibition at the NECC. I was able to access the exhibition through the hotel, which was very convenient. The rooms are good with the basic amenities you’d expect from an Intercontinental Hotel. The breakfast was good. There’s also access to the subway via the NECC which makes it convenient to get around Shanghai.

The lady doing the massage was inexperienced and half way through the massage left to use the bathroom for 5 minutes. InterContinental Hotels are always great! We chose this property because of the size of the rooms. They were clean and spacious! It's located near the National Convention Expo, about 45 min from the Pudong International Airport. Although further from the city center, the property is within walking distance of a subway station, which makes all the attractions and amenities, including the subway to Nanjing Rd/the Bund/Disneyland, etc., accessible. Quite convenient indeed. Their continental breakfast is excellent, and they have various local and international stations.

They have Indian Chef who prepares Indian dishes like Parathas, Choley, Masala tea, Daal, Rice etc A Five-minute Walk to Xujing subway station (Line2) Hotel Interior is fantastic. If you would like to book Airport Taxi, you can contact Hotel concierge, they will book fixed rate taxi for you. Concierge booked 6 seater luxurious taxi to Pudong Airport for 65 CNY.

AustraliaThe swimming pool was closed, and there was no halal meat option in the breakfast buffet. My room had cigarette smoke smell, and I asked them to move to another room, and they did straight away. Free Wifi sevice wasn't that good, I had to use my mobile roaming data.
Everything was perfect, if you are visiting the exhibition centre don't look around, it is the best option.
