The hotel is chic and clean, location was convince, and have some Nice cafe and restaurants around, the neighbourhood are safe. Super friendly staff especially king and Oliver the manger. They really take care of you. And the room is chic and the amenity was great too .

The breakfast was not quite to our (Western) liking. The breakfast room was also really cold, which to be fair seemed to be a common theme around Kunming.

Nice central location, could easily walk to most sights. Good value for an upgraded room. Layout of the room was interesting with a tub right in the middle, but very comfortable with good facilities. Good fruit platter and water bottles provided.

This is a new hotel with the modern design. There are restaurants, coffee shops and bars nearby. It is also a walking distance to the ancient town. Breakfast has good selections and delicious. Very pleasant stay.

I loved this place. Great big beautiful and clean room, good free coffee, soft drinks, snacks and fruits. Very comfortable bed. Very friendly and helpfull stuff. Good breakfast with many options, chinese and western. Good location, also its not realy close to any metro station. They also have a german beer garden and restaurant that I didn't try.

Location is great, close to Line 3 metro station, nice neighborhood, many good places in walking distance. breakfast with mamy options. comfortable beds. This time I got a free upgrade to a bigger room. There where some construction work going on, I think they plan to open a restaurant on 1st or 2nd floor.

There is absolutely nothing, they even gave us afternoon fruits and a cute little robot comes in deliver and if they don’t deliver, a real person will come to make sure you get your lunch snack.

Incredible front desk service. Aaron was patient and a good listener, we requested what we need because of my original app didn’t work here. He was knowledgeable and made calls for taxis as we want to shop and get chinese medicine treatments.

Everything was really perfect. Fantastic, spatious room, extremely kind and helpful staff, and small touches like fruit platter or free ginger tea since I was coming down with cold. Spotlessly clean and excellent breakfast. I personally like Chinese breakfast, but there was also a broad choice for those preferring Western version.

hotel was excellent and location was just perfect. it was about 10 minutes walk to Jinbi and Nanqiang walking street. breakfast had many options. even though we are vegetarians, the hotel had adequate food options for us. Rooms were very nice and with comfortable beds. I would like to take this opportunity to thanks the staff of Cachet Boutique Artime for taking care of us when we staying there, especially Mr. Luo Tao, (night manager) who helped me to the hospital in the middle of the night, as I had some emergency. He really went out of his way to make me feel as much comfortable as possible during my hard time that night.

The rooms are nice looking on the surface but things just don't work as they should, lighting is way to complicated and the showers are disgusting, Look dirty. The breakfast is very average as well. Overall it's not terrible but needs some reno work and a communication lesson to the staff.

The first night it was really hot in the room. Because of winter season, the airconditioning wasn't functioning. Therefore I had to open the window which gave noise from the nearby bars and restaurants.

Modern hotel with good facilities. The rooms are clean, spacious and the bed is big and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Not all of them can speak English, but translation apps are to the rescue. Breakfast has a decent variety of local and western dishes. The hotel is located in a trendy area, within walking distance from major attractions. By using Didi it's cheap and convenient to go around by taxi.

The room was amazing. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was quiet. When I visited Kunming was extremely cold, but the heating in the room was great. I was very comfortable throughout my stay even though it was very cold outside.
