RussiaThe location of the hotel is at the road side, easy taking didi to everywhere. You don't need to drag your suitcase walk on the uneven gravel road in the oldtown, but you need to walk to the old town for 10 minutes, it's ok for us who likes walking. All staff went out of way to assist, fruit, tea, tasty breakfast, excellent travel booking with super friendly English speaking Joye, sad to leave.

The hospitality provided by all the staff was amazing, particularly from the energetic Mr. Joye, who happily arranged all our transportation, responded to all my inquiries, and even prepared breakfast for our tour. Additionally, I greatly appreciated the location of our stay, which had a cozy atmosphere and was situated in a fantastic spot. Unlike other accommodations I had in the old town of Lijiang, it wasn't as crowded or noisy.

AustraliaThe location isn't as convenient as the accommodation within the old town. It's still within walking distance and getting a taxi is very easy. So it's not a big problem for us.
The staffs were great. Extremely helpful even before we arrive in Lijiang. They already contacted us and helped us with our tour bookings. Our room was spacious and clean.

IrelandThe room has double-glazed windows that really keep the street noise out, the toilet seat stays warm—pretty fancy. Joye was always full of enthusiasm and more than willing to help us, he filled us in on all the cool places and fun things to do in Lijiang. We decided to hike Tiger Leaping Gorge and had a wonderful day. Joye, thanks for being so welcoming. You really made our Lijiang trip even better!

Heated toilet seats and heater in shower. Spacious room. Very good personalised service. They set a group we chat to ensure we could communicate with them all the time. You don't need to drag luggage on cobblestones of Ancient town. Dyson-look-a-like hair dryer. It's really good value for money

SingaporeWater pressure was very low despite efforts of staff like it trickles out of showerhead in the rooms in back garden but pressure in rooms in main building ok. Rooms in the back were big, though, and faced the garden, for those who don't mind the water pressure.
Took 5 rooms for 7 nights for our multi-gen family of 10 the week Lijiang saw unseasonable snowfall in March - locals said they hadn't seen snow in the city in more than 10 years even in mid of winter, much less spring time. We stayed in the hotel quite a bit because of the rain, sleet and snow. Clean and modern rooms lit bright enough so you can inspect for dust which we didn't find thanks to the friendly hotel housekeeper. Good for guests who don't speak Mandarin - communication via WeChat in English, Joye helps translate for follow up with hotel staff on requests e.g. we needed portable heaters to augment spotty room heating system, they found some for us; we asked for higher water pressure, staff tried to adjust; we asked for hot water for showers, they called plumber in. Didi comes to the door so no long walks on cobbled streets to main road for runs to the shopping malls for meals and to get winter clothing, and drives out to the villages, and Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and Shangrila which hotel can help arrange, though we didn't do those cos of the heavy snowfall.

MalaysiaWe felt that the establishment could have worked on the shower as the hot water was not sufficient. Other than that, I guess it was alright.
I liked the fact that the staff kept in touch with my family and I. I appreciated the fact that they arranged for a driver to bring us to their establishment as it is off the beaten track. The location of the place was also quite strategic to the ancient city. It was value for money.
