Disposable towels, really need to think more about the environment. Not really the hotel fault, but the area around and the little village of Tangkou is very seedy (but full of tourists).

The staff were really kind and quick to reply via Wechat. They organised my travel from the train station while I was still in the train! They also gave very good tips about hiking in Huangshan. The hotel was well located, but still quite a but of a walk to the bus stop to the mountains.

Location is amazing. The host spoke perfect english and provided us with full support, from picking us up at the nearby bus station and helping with shuttle service and train when we left. He also recommended the best places to visit on the Yellow Mountain and where to eat. The hotel is very modern, clean and functional.

Great location and everything was beyond expectations. Will come back for to this lodging if I decide to climb Huangshan again. Huangshan entrance is just 15 minutes away.

The reception area was spacious but cozy from the beautiful lightings and plush couches to relax after a long day of hiking. Staff was friendly and helped with planning the route up the mountain.

Maybe can say the water heater need to run for 10 mins before hot enoughto shower in winter. i didn'tknow and almost caught a cold, trembling.

Near to Huangshan shuttle bus. 15mins walk with restaurants along theway for breakfast, and minimart. Staff is knowledgable and suggest the walking routes for my two days.

In the end of November it was pretty cold in the room which was full of wetness. There was moisture on the windows. The kitchen was closed and didn’t serve food. I would like to live closer to the city center with bigger variety of restaurants.

Very friendly staff speaking perfectly English. They gave us a map and planned 2 days itinerary in the mountains. The room was modern and freshly renovated. Location was very local and close to the entrance of the park but later on I understood it was further from city center.

I loved the common areas, very cozy and comfortable. The employees were very very kind and helpful, they speak very good english, something we valued a lot in our trip to china. The room was also very comfortable and super clean.

Great staff, excellent English and very helpful. The building is a great design, feels like a cool cafe downstairs. Rooms clean and nice views. No food at the hotel but we were recommended somewhere to eat which was yummy, plenty of food options near by. Got a lift to the bus stop to go up the mountain which was very helpful

The interior is nicely decorated and you can see that a lot of love and effort has been put into it! Also, the staff was super friendly and really helpful. WIll come back for another weekend getaway as I really liked it there!

The kitchen was closed for an upgrade but we had not been notified of this in advance. It meant there were zero food options for breakfast or for dinner. The staff did give us a recommendation for food in the local town, which was nice but after a long and tiring day in the mountains we were looking forward to eating in, especially after reading the reviews saying how good it was.

Lovely little hotel with simply but nicely appointed roos, in a great location for exploring the mountains. They offered great advice on visiting the mountains and helped to organise our onward transport.
