Very kind owners who go above and beyond for their clients. Lovely room with rice terrace view, nicely decorated. Comfortable. Everything worked well. The food at the restaurant was delicious and I saw no need to eat anywhere else. Very convenient location - near the Ping'an parking lot so you don't have to go far with your luggage. In any case, the hotel will help bring your luggage to the hotel (a short distance away). Near some very beautiful viewpoints of the rice terraces. Jason, the owner, is at your service and all of your questions will be answered thoroughly.

Thank you Jason and staff for an amazing stay. The location and view of the terraces are incredible. The rooms are very comfortable and clean and the restaurant serves delicious food. Jason went above and beyond to welcome me and help me get to and from town. Couldn’t recommend Baike Hotel enough!

Jason and his family were professional, attentive and dedicated. we felt at home and received the best services ever. we toured its famous rice terraces and admired its beautiful landscapes. the meals prepared onsite were wholesome, delicious and affordable. the rooms were well appointed with exquisite furniture and finishings. the towels and linens were super white and soft. bed was comfortable. the mountain view was spectacular and unobstructed. Aside from speaking english frequently, Jason is highly skilled in technology. he taught us how to use WeChat pay. he ensured us that we have sufficient CNY to spend during our visit. we felt secured. most memorable experience. highly recommend.

Lovely, family run hotel in a gorgeous location. We weren’t sure if it would be worth visiting in Winter as the rice terraces wouldn’t be green but it was definitely worth the effort of coming here as it’s so beautiful. It’s approx a 2 hour taxi from Guilin and Jason can help organise all the transfers. He also recommended a great walking route for us to enjoy the rice terraces which minimised the uphills for my elderly parents. The paths are well signposted and well paved so you can just do it in trainers, no need to pack hiking boots. Amazing place, would love to come again in a different season!

This is a superb hotel in a very quaint setting. I was given a room with a balcony that was a true holiday highlight. Jason makes every effort to make you feel welcome before and during your stay. His advice on walks around the area was extremely welcome. His English is fantastic, which also made things easier. Would recommend this hotel extremely highly to anyone visiting Longji. Fantastic hotel.

Our stay at Baike boutique hotel was amazing. Jason has organised our transfer to the hotel from Guilin station and has been super helpful. We have also been offered a room upgrade, which was a great surprise. The location is absolutely perfect to go hiking in the rice fields. We highly recommend to stay at Baike boutique hotel. The area was the highlight of our trip! Many thanks !

The hotel, the rooms, the staff and the view over the landscape is just perfect. The food was very delicious (also several meals for vegetarians are available). Jason is one of the best hosts we've ever had. He suggested a great hiking tour through the beautiful rice terraces and ancient cities, which was perfect for us. Jason is always available and very helpful. Everybody working in the hotel is so warmhearted. We highly recommend the Baike hotel for your stay in this area.

We had a wonderful stay at Baike Boutique Hotel. The owner came to collect our suitcases from the parking lot, which is just a hundred meters from the hotel. The room is incredibly spacious, beautiful, very well decorated. And the view... is breathtaking! The staff is lovely, very profesional, some of them speak English - including the owner who is really friendly. The lobby and restaurant are also lovely and the food is delicious!

This is a lovely hotel with stunning rice terrace views, and a great location to explore the nearby rice terraces and ancient villages. I loved sitting on our terrace, sipping some tea and reading in the early morning and evenings. The rooms (including bathroom) are very spacious and comfortable, and the hotel restaurant is a good option for food whenever you need it. Jason, the property owner/manager has excellent English and was very responsive before and during our trip, and arranged the taxis we needed to arrive from Guilin station and then onwards to our hotel in Yangshuo. Highly recommended.

The location is really handy to visit several of the rice terraces. The food was excellent. The room was very comfortable with Greta views and the whole building is traditionally styled and reminded me of staying in a Chalet in the Alps. But most of all Jason was tremendously helpful from start to finish. He arranged my transfer to and from the hotel via the shuttle going to a lot of trouble to get it fixed up. I don’t think I’ve come across someone at a hotel as helpful as Jason!

Really nice staff, who helped us to organize a transfer with private car. Room.are really clean and modern with nice decoration. Jason helped us to choose our hiking trail to see the most beautiful part of Longji area. Hotel is 300m from parking lot and staff is picking your luggage up. You do not have to worry about this part. View from hotel terrace is amazing and they have a really good breakfast, we recommend to order it before your hike.

It is not easy to get there if you are not driving. The one way cost for taxi is about RMB400 and is close to 2 hours. Public transportation is much cheaper but could take 4-5 hours with limited runs. Car pool organised by the hotel is probably the best solution, which is RMB100 per person and takes about 2 hours, but runs just twice daily, and you need to contact the hotel in advance to organize car pool.

The main positive point of this hotel is the host, Jason: he's a fantastic person, always ready to help you for any needs, including tips for visiting the Longji Terrace and the transfers from and to Guilin. I'd like to thank Jason for all his kindness with us, we really enjoyed our stay at Longji Terrace! The hotel is fantastic as well: our room had a speechless panoramic view on a rise terrace and we really appreciated the high quality of the room. There is a restaurant where you will be able to enjoy traditional chinese foods. 10/10 deserved!
