The location of hotel bit far from shops , except that this is really good hotel.

Really good professional hotel. The rooms were bigger than I thought. The staff is professional. It is true many of them don't speak English that well but it's really no problem for checking in and doing the basics. One of the manager who speaks English very well exceeded our expectations. He was super attentive and helped us make some restaurant bookings. I wish I remembered his name

location is abit far from nanjing road, around 20-30mins car ride. far walking distance to metro station but not a concern for us as we cab to/fro everyday. hotel floor could be slippery esp at toilet area so be extra careful

loved the cleanliness of hotel, interior of hotel room is posh and clean. absolutely love the automatic bidet toilet bowl.

The room still has a cigarette smell, even though there is an air purifier in the room.

The hotel is quite new with complete facilities, decorated in a modern style. The bathroom is excellent with an automated system. The staff are very helpful. Breakfast is very good with everything available. The hotel is quite far from the Maglev station, but still walkable at a distance of about 1 kilometer. At Longyang Road station, there is a shopping mall with many restaurants. There is another shopping mall about 800 meters from the hotel.

Affordable price for a hotel comparable to international 5 stars hotel. Clean rooms equipped with air purifier and advance toilets. Great place to stay if you are going to Shanghai New International Expo Center (SNIEC), as they offer free shuttle bus every 30 minutes to and from SNIEC depending on what exhibition is taking place; it takes about 8 minute by car/DiDi. Very kind and helpful receptionist even though I did not end up solving the problem with local delivery app, he guided and offered help to find other ways to access other delivery apps. Authentic Hunan (spicy) restaurant in “Fuhui Plaza” is about 12 minutes walking distance from hotel.

The only tiny issue was the duvet was really warm for the season so I had to use the airco.

I had to leave early in the morning, and the breakfast was not fully ready at 6:30am.

The facilities in the room is much better than I expected. It is even more comfort than a famous 5-start hotel nearby.

Nice food in breakfast, but room service was bad. Room service must be finished at the 10:00pm, however They reject my room service order at the 9:40pm. Some staff in Receiption can't speak english at all

Too conservative with payments same times One of my booking in this hotel was cancelled due their opinion that payment card is not good. When I tried to restore my booking - the offer price was increased two times almost. Looks strange.
