Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Canadait was so dirty, there was some food on carpet in the first room we checked in, I requested to change another one, it was sun flower seed shells on carpet in second one, and third one was same, it seems like they don't vacuum carpet at all. And, remember the hotel pays for taxi, but staff will tell you to pay them money!

United KingdomIt stated all day dining in which it wasn’t only breakfast nothing around unless you get a taxi into the centre which is 40 minutes away. Can be difficult communicating with some staff as they don’t speak English. The shuttle buses don’t run often and finish very early so if you miss it you end up paying alot in a taxi.
Close to airport and offers a free shuttle bus. Comfy bed

ChinaThe air conditioning was not working well. It was too hot in my room most of the time. Being a diabetic, I needed to have my travel packs frozen. This was the first hotel to not have a freezer. Problem was solved, but I should not have been put out by the staff for needing something as a basic as freezing a gel pack so it can go through airport security with my insulin.
I liked that it was close to the airport. I also liked the free shuttle to Disneyland.

South AfricaI booked this hotel on booking.com with a prepaid booking on arrival at Shanghai Airport because they had free shuttle service. So immediately after booking I called them because it was a last minute booking and needed shuttle, only to be told that shuttle service stopped at 8:00 p.m. And it as it was 8:03 p.m. I was out of luck. (Shuttle runs every 90m) So I had to take a taxi and on arrival at the hotel was greeted with quite horrendous checkin queues. I was able to join where I was 9th in line. Once I was finally checked in which included me paying a deposit of CNY400 because they hadn't received payment from booking.com. I was assured this could be refunded the following day once it confirmed payment. This hotel is extremely large and room 58070 is surprisingly on the 8th floor and the lifts are a very long walk away from the actual reception area. So up to the 8th floor where I discovered that the room is also a very long walk away from the lift. Estimate 10 minutes approximately from reception to room under normal circumstances and longer when you are tired and pulling a very heavy bag behind you. The room looked really nice and comfortable and very spacious. Unfortunately the AC was set to 28° and could not be lowered so I had to call reception and ask for someone to be sent up to the room. Reception kept insisting that there was no one in the room 58070 so I said send the person to check. The maintenance guy eventually arrived and was able to reduce the temperature he said to 18, unfortunately this did not stick hand in the morning the temperature felt considerably higher again than 18. The actual AC control unit never varied from 28C. The hotel is very isolated and far away from other service, apart from 2 sister hotels. I did not see a single shop or restaurant the entire journey between hotel and airport, At checkout it took 24 minutes for them to refnd my deposit - they wanted to do it later, but I refused, as they had no other guests
The room looked really nice and comfortable and very spacious

Francethis is a hotel entirely designed for a domestic Chinese audience and the reception staff do not speak English. we spent a long time on translation apps and it was all very difficult . the primus hotel nearby has a good restaurant and pool and it’s part of the same group. I think this may be better for international tourists.
it’s not too far from the airport. if you speak Chinese, and can communicate with the reception, the rooms are quite good, no problems.

ChinaEverything!! First off this was listed as a four star hotel and it barely a three star. We talked with the hotel next door (owned by the same company) and was told it’s a three star. We ended up switching our hotel to the Primus hotel which is a five star hotel in the same compound. We booked The Q-box because of the shuttle to Disney and airport. First off the Disney Shuttle only has 7 drop off times in the morning and one coming back in the evenings. So if you want to go in the afternoon or evening you’re out of luck. If you want to come back early you can’t. The hallway were really dirty with many dark spots everywhere in all the hallways wall marked up and dented. The room we had was large but, very dirty with marked walls. Also they don’t have a pool and need to pay $20 per person per day to use the pool in the Primus hotel . This is the hotel we moved to after telling staff we weren’t happy. Don’t book the Q-Box go with the Primus Hotel in the same complex.
We didn’t like this hotel. First off this was listed as a four star hotel and it barely a three star hotel. We moved our room to another hotel next door for extra money.

PhilippinesThe aircon temperature was a bit hot.
This has the most amenities I have seen for a hotel. They've got great options for families like rock climbing, go kart,.... I even got a tour from their great staff!! Location is a bit far from the metro though, overall it was a great stay indeed.
