The hotel is truly amazing. Very clean, cosy and technological. They also serve good Chinese breakfast on the rooftop. But the highlight of our trip was the host, who was super nice, friendly and helpful. He did not speak English, but we spoke a bit of Chinese and used a translator. It was our best experience in China so far and if we ever come back to Zhangjiajie, we will come to this hotel. P.s. We did not manage to thank you as we had to leave today, but if you are reading this review, we thank you a lot for the warm welcome ❤️

Really good location within walking distance of Tianmen Mountain cablecar base and close to the airport. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Also great views from the rooftop terrace. 10/10!

We had amazing apartment for 4 people and great room for 2 people. Everything was clean and modern, all hotel was really comfortable, the view from the rooftop was stunning even the weather was under the dog. Our host war very kind and we had really nice talks. Thank you.

The location was great, not too far from Tianmen. I think the hotel is quite new. The interior looks new and really beautiful. Quite modern and clean look. The service/host was really helpful and kind. He helped us find the best route to every place we went. There is even a free transfer from station/airport to hotel

A little noisy from road. 10pm airplane landing and take off quite most if the window is left open.

Limited breakfast and coffee is not available, communication quiet challenging often using app to translate.

Breakfast could be improved by providing a wider choice of food (continental breakfast) and beverages (coffee, tea, juice...).

Great location with a view on Tianmen mountain. Great design, high quality furniture and attention to details. The staff was very nice and helpful, also with booking tickets and providing touristic advice.

The breakfast is rather poor for a western customer. There is no coffee, no milk (just soya milk) and, appart from Asian products, there is just plain bread (nothing to put on it). Also, the location is within a 15-20 min walk from the city centre (and from the cable car to the Tianmen Mountain) and within a 30 min walk from the bus station (we went to the canyon and to the national park by bus). Finally, some staff members smoke at the reception and the staff at the reception does not speak english. You get used to comunicate with Google translator (and, again, Lily speaks Englisg and is available through Whatsapp).

The hotel has a great customer service. Lily was always available through Whatsapp and arranged the Tickets for the national park, Tianmen mountain and for the canyon. Also, the rooms are super comfortable and clean.

If you’re room is street-sided, it tends to get loud during night time. If you’re sensitive, maybe ask in advance to get a room not facing the road.

We’re we’re stunned by this amazing hotel. Beautiful rooms with wooden furniture, super high tech, comfy beds, breathtaking rooftop terrace and a perfect service. The crew made the stay unforgettable! Thanks to the two guys for picking us up and helping us with everything, to Lily for organising our tickets to Zhangjiajie National Park, to the female chef for the great Chinese breakfast and to the owner for a moonfest-party-invitation! We would love to come back one day!
