The hotel's location is excellent—just a short walk from the shopping district, with plenty of dining options nearby. The room features smart home technology (though voice commands require Mandarin), a sleek modern design, and complimentary daily drinks. The bathroom is impressive, with a high-tech toilet seat offering various smart functions, including bidet cleaning. Additionally, the café attached to the hotel serves great coffee. Overall, a fantastic stay and excellent value for money!

Breakfast could be a bit better.

Location was very convenient nearby to mtr station and shops. Room is clean and they provide enough drinking water. There’s a cafe in hotel lobby and the complimentary coffee was a nice gesture

The most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in :) Nice little details like soft pijamas, fragrant tea, good toiletries, coffee vouchers. Staff is well equipped with translation devices and very helpful. Will absolutely recommend this hotel .

None in particular, but note that the hotel does not have a washing machine. Even one of those would make long-term residents more comfortable.

It is a very nice hotel in the following aspects; - Facilities are new and clean - Toilets with washing functions - Bed is low and easy to use - Adequate water pressure in a shower - Reception staff speak English and are friendly - Low price for location near downtown - Full amenities - Excellent bed side power plug and light switches. and so on

the absent minded staff, I borrowed an adaptor from the counter, returned the other days morning. I checked out and they phoned me and said that I haven't done so. I t wasted my time and money in answering their call . (Long Distant Call)

The breakfasts could have been a little more varied. Why not add pancakes and hash browns? Windows could be made much less sound-permeable. It is also desirable to add not just a steamer for clothes, but a simple iron with an ironing board, it is difficult to depict arrows on trousers on the steamer

The hotel is within walking distance to the famous pedestrian street. The staff were friendly, and we received complimentary coffee vouchers. A robot conveniently delivers food to the room, and the washing machine service is excellent, with duration and availability visible on our room TV. The room was spacious, and the shower was very nice.

Toilet shd hv better ventilation.. Toilet Floor was still wet overnight

I was greeted well by the warm staff like lucas and a lady. One of them shd b their mgr controlling the AI dog to keep the guest entertained in the lobby. I was amazed this time by these boutique hotel in guangzhou to fully using Al. Even room switches and all. Big applause! Upon ck out, I also hv rick who was so helpful with my luggage. Also great complimentary coffee. Kudos to all! Keep it up.
