Rooms a bit dated but presented so well it wasn't an issue for us. Very comfortable.

Fantastic location! Spotlessly clean and wonderful cleaning staff who went above and beyond when our son was unfortunately unwell during our stay. Breakfast was extensive. Right beside an excellent mall and metro station. View from revolving restaurant was spectacular.

We stayed for a couple of night and the location is really good, you have the park, shopping street and metro station just in front. Also a nice walk to the Bund. Jackie the receptionist was really helpful

The room was very hot in the morning when we woke up, and there was no AC as it was centralised to heating during winter. However, the staff were extremely helpful and helped us to open the windows to air the room out. They even provided us with an electric standing fan for the rest of the stay (that was something we had not asked for). This helped immensely and negated any discomfort.

The room was definitely value for money as it was spacious. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and responded/actioned super quickly too.

Not much to dislike really, the service fees on the food and beverages was a bit of a surprise. No room service potentially could be a disappointment if you are like me and require a really strong coffee before you can think!! Really there was not much to be unhappy about. I did not have the breakfast so I don't know if the food was value for money, I tend to hunt out local cuisine.

The people/staff are amazing. The room was outstanding and incredibly comfortable. Amazing location for subway/trains - shopping - access to the Bund etc. A must is the view from the level 47 lounge - absolutely stunning. This hotel deserves its stars and is great value for your money.

A bit old, bathroom is a bit messy, due to its design. Heating is not hot enough and ends up using protable heater, even no proper teaspoon and cutlery provided

Rooms are a bit on the noisy side and internet is slow. Not suitable for online meetings or playing videos etc.

Great location, right across the metro and at the start of Nanging Road. Room was excellent as was the bed. Lastly, the spa and gym facilities were very comfortable.

Close to Peoples Square and the commercial street with lot of tourists going around. Very close to three lines of Shanghai Metro. Breakfast spread was excellent with lot of variety for the guests from different countries.

Not very soundproofed. I heard the people next to my room. Rooms in the part of the hotel, I’ve stayed need some renovation. But for the price, I paid in February, it was totally acceptable! So no complaint.

Very close to public traffic, shopping area and around 20 minutes walk to the Bund. Breakfast delicious. Very clean.

The choice of restaurants and food is not exactly on an international level

The location of the hotel is fantastic. The view from the bar and restaurant on the 47th floor is amazing. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The rooms are large and spacious.

The floor is carpeted, so cleaning may not be thorough. The staff rarely change the bed sheets if you don't tell them to, but it's understandable. However, for the price of the room, it should be changed every night.

Value for money but breakfast is a bit expensive. But there is a lot to choose from and it is delicious.

I travel a lot but for the first time I felt at home in a hotel room. I didn’t want to go out in Shanghai :) Actually everything was perfect - the location is the best, the room so clean, cozy and spacious, it was an apartment. And the view…stunning!
