On the way to Hotel from Airport by taxi. I was overcharged more than double ridiculously and even lost wallet. I didn’t catch the taxi and disgusting driver’s number. A staff at front desk tried to find taxi by all means. I could find wallet due to her. Although all the money in the wallet had disappeared I could take back my wallet lucky. I really appreciate her sincere assistance. I am sorry for not recognizing her name. This hotel is perfect and superb with helpful staffs!

The overall service of the hotel was very good. Did not have any unpleasant experience. Staff were very professional in their capacity and were helpful. The Executive Lounge was good and had a Awesome View. (Closed a bit too early 9pm) The complimentary Mini Bar was a nice touch though I had only 1 coke during my stay there. Did use the complimentary Dry Cleaning services for my suits (1 set a day). The indoor heated pool had lovely view next to the Gym on the 41st Floor.

SwitzerlandRoom was very cold, even after turning a/c off. Limited onsite restaurant options. Most of the reception staff were excellent. Some could improve their English. Unfortunately one reception staff was quite rude when my colleague enquired about extending the check out time. The gentleman originally served her was fine but this lady interrupted and was very rude.
Spacious rooms. Very comfortable bed. Amazing buffet breakfast. Restaurant staff and bell men provide a very high level of service.
