The location is amazing. Its a short ride to any of the tourist destinations. Room and facilities are a bit old but it is still very clean. If you are lucky you might catch some fireworks right by the balcony!

The staff should work on their English and communication overall. They had an unexpected maintenance issue, and they moved us to another room on a different floor, which by itself is not a big deal. However, the way they communicated this to us was very confusing and frustrating. I had to "fish out" the answers to my questions instead of receiving them in the first place. Another thing - we went up to the 29th-floor bar for dinner, and, as it turns out, it takes a whole hour to get your meal because they don't have their own kitchen. Again, we only found out after we placed an order. The staff should have been more proactive and told us right away about the long wait time.

Very conveniently located - all you have to do is cross the road to get to the beach. Breakfast was great. We also tried their dinner buffet, and we were very satisfied. The view from our room was gorgeous - it was my favorite thing! Also, we got all the amenities and supplies we needed

Communication mainly via translation apps, spa information would be easier if in English. Buffet is mainly Chinese choices, very limited healthy or vegetarian options.

The restaurant is slightly warm, and it can feel a bit hot at times. Adding 1 to 3 fans could improve the comfort level by keeping guests cooler. However, despite the temperature, the ambiance and food quality are excellent. The service is also attentive, making the overall dining experience enjoyable. The hotel's breakfast is a delightful experience, offering a wide variety of dishes from Chinese to Western cuisine. Each day features a different theme, ensuring a fresh and diverse selection. The quality of the food was consistently good, making breakfast a highlight of the stay. My hotel room balcony provided a stunning, breathtaking view of Sanya beach. The sunset was especially mesmerizing, casting beautiful hues across the horizon. The hotel room that I booked was very spacious and big! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with a shopping mall just a 5-7 minute walk away. Here, you can easily pick up daily necessities at the supermarket and enjoy a range of restaurants, including both Chinese options like Hot Pot and BBQ, as well as Western choices like KFC and Pizza Hut. For more excitement, a 10-12 minute taxi ride via DiDi takes you to the vibrant night market, a must-visit during your stay. In the evenings, a leisurely stroll along Sanya beach reveals locals engaging in dance classes such as High Energy Dance or C-pop Dace. For a more relaxed vibe, the hotel's rooftop bar offers the perfect spot to unwind with a cold beer while admiring the night view of the beach. I highly recommend trying the coconut wheat beer—it was delicious, though of course, individual tastes may differ! Overall, my experience at the hotel was fantastic. With its beautiful views, convenient location, and lively atmosphere, it’s the perfect place to unwind and immerse yourself in the local culture.

The hotel is more suitable for Mandarin speaking people. It doesn't have many people who can communicate effectively, at least in English. Maybe because their main focus is mainland China customers.

Location is at the heart of Sanya center. Accessible and centered. A lot of activities, like beach, walk, restaurants and bars. Great views of the sea. Kudos to the front desk manager, Collin, who was very helpful at the time of my departure.

the breakfast could have been better, an omelette bar, more western food like French toast, the pancakes were tasteless. the pool area was small, and not enough loungers, also the noise from the traffic was annoying. there was no chair or table on the balcony so it was hard to enjoy the view.

Fortunately or unfortunately, we won the first prize at the hotel’s Christmas Eve buffet dinner. The prize was their presidential suite. That was the downfall of our stay. The suite was beyond repair. I’m upset that they even offer this as the top prize. The carpet flooring near the entrance into the toilet was torn and worn. The curtains in the living room were hanging loose at some points. Some can no longer close automatically. The huge bathroom had blinds that no longer shuts properly. The room decors badly need to be replaced. This is their top room but such poorly maintained presidential suite, really spoilt our stay. I was embarrassed to ask for switch back to our original room as we requested to upgrade to this room in short notice. On hindsight, luckily, we did. Imagine the disappointment and anger if we flew back to Hainan two months later for this broken suite.

I booked a two bedroom for 4 adults and the room was huge, 90 sq m I think. The toilet is huge too with a circular bath tub. Hotel is dated but room was still acceptable. The hotel location is great, just opposite the 海月广场where retirees danced day and night. There’s a street called 外贸路which is right behind the hotel. You can get cheap and nice local Hainanese and 东北 food like 饺子. It’s near bus stops, a slightly longer distance from the tram stop.

Some rooms that my family members were given had a strong mouldy smell in it, but you can request for an air purifier from the front desk and they will bring it up to you. Air conditioning was also not adjustable in my room

Great location by the seaside, rooms were very clean and luxurious for the price. Cleaning can be requested to be done daily. Comfortable bed and spacious rooms, clean toilets and an overall great stay.
