Hello, I want those who are a expecting a self serve villa with cooking facilities, this is not the place. The villas have kitchens, but there are no pots or pans or cooking utensils. The rooms are comfortable l. We chose a 3 bedroom villa with private pool. Which showed an outside upstairs deck with couches etc.. there was no such thing at our room there was an inside lounge and dining area and one hotel style room downstairs (we didn't have access to the hotel room downstairs) we had access to the 3 hotel rooms upstairs.

The Two-Bedroom Villa with Private Pool is somewhat misleading as it was two bedrooms in a 4-bedroom villa.

Location is great, environment is fantastic, nice and quiet. The onsite restaurant is top notch. Breakfast is tasty and has a great selection. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful

It took me an hour to check-in.

I liked the beautiful territory of the hotel, clean rooms, a decent breakfast. The efficient service of the staff, they tried hard to accommodate me after not being satisfied with the first room option. The second room was better, though it wasn't a villa, it was with no odour and pretty quiet, nice view from the balcony.

Our pool was not very clean. Average breakfast. Bathroom stinks very badly, with many black insects crawling out of pipes every night. We had to put a towel on the floor under the door to stop those insects from crawling into the room.

Very green hotel, like a tropical park. If want to save some money during long-time stay --- can chose this hotel. But it is ok for those, who do not stay in room all the time. Better to spend all the time on the beach or travel around, and only come back for rest.

We don’t have any complaints.

The villa is quiet and not busy like many other resorts in the area. The stay is very close to the beach. The staff is attentive and responsive. The rooms and villas are very clean. We appreciated that they gave different varieties of food during breakfast. The bed in the villa was incredibly comfortable.

Breakfast can be hectic, crowded and not very well organized, staff tries their best but the facilities aren’t big enough for the amount of customers.

Beautiful surrounds, peaceful, lovely garden, nice pool and very well located, not on the beach but 5 minutes walk from the beach.

Breakfast selection was very poor and barely warm at best. Reception staff clueless. Most things in Russian. Staff ignore the ‘do not disturb’ sign. No sun beds around your own pool. Very uncomfortable bed, too hard. Everywhere looking very tired and dated.

It was peaceful and the ‘romance villa’ was very spacious. Good location to walk into the town.

One of the rooms smelled heavily of tobacco smoke. The pool was stagnant rather than running through a filter, and it didn't seem to be well chlorinated. The bathrooms were not particularly clean, lower bathroom didn't even have soap at the sink.

The property had a private pool which was fantastic. The location was great, close to many shops and dining options. The proximity to the beach was also fantastic. The size of the rooms and living areas were generous.

For a 4-bedroom villa, was surprised there was no microwave nor any cutleries in the kitchen.

Since it’s a villa, we have a dining area and a TV room. The dining room is very smelly and the kitchen didn’t have any essentials eg, forks, spoons and microwave. It’s just an empty space.

It’s disappointing. The toilet in room 133 is terrible. When we flushed, all the dirty water came out in the morning. We complained to the house keeping staff and they said it’s small matter. We thought that it’s fixed. In the end, we flushed again and the whole room is full of bad smell. Terrible

The la k of English speakers, we couldn’t book any trips with the hotel because only Russian and Chinese speakers. The breakfast was too crowded and we had lack of food and we had to wait long to get more

their focus is on a very specific demographic. If you do not fall within that specific demographic, it is not a five-star hotel. It’s more of an over priced situation. The area is located in is also not ideal for people outside their target demographic. Their target demographic is mainland Chinese people.
