(we fully recognised that the issue is not the accommodation per se, but the actual building). there are 30 floors in this building with only 2 elevators serving. during the time we stayed at the accommodation, one of the elevators went out of service, which made it nearly impossible to get in the elevator except during super early or late hours. We were staying at the 19th floor, by the time the elevator got to our floor, it would be packed with people full to the brim, no matter up or down. in fact, we walked the 19 floors down two days in a row. the hallway sound-proof isn't so well, which means we did get waken up by late night returned home drunken people who lived down the hall.

Location, location, location. We love how convenient this accommodation is. it's walking distance to many Chongqing famous landmarks. there is a morning market, and plenty of yummy restaurants around, (you can easily walk to the famous 81st Eat street, 八一好吃街, which is only 350m away) Yes, the building is older, but the accommodation is nicely put together. There is a wash machine, a good size fridge, and small kitchenette. the service manager is super responsive. she took care of issues as soon as we raised them. Thank you 小月

Perfect place to rest with view from the 27th floor very close to the city center and many attractions. Nice and spacious room with toilet and everything you need. Bed very comfortable. Thanks!

It wasnt so clean there and building has only two elevators (for 30 floors, 16 apartments each floor). So if you want to take the elevator from 16th floor to ground floor its quite a challenge, because evator is full of people from highers floors.

Localisation is awesome (a lot of shops and restaurants, next to bank and subway station) and the owner/Staff is really helpful. What's more, apartment is quite big and there is free washing mashine there (with even free washing liquids).

This place is amazing, it is a small mini apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay, it has a washing machine, a small kitchen, the bed is too comfortable and has an amazing view of the whole city, the host is very friendly. I loved the details of the room!

All 30 floors were served by one working lift. Hence, lift was very crowded and we could not board at the first instance. We had to wait for about 25 mins before lift was empty enough to board. The kitchenette was equipped with fridge, kettle, utensils, plates and bowls but no microwave, toaster or hotplate.

The bed and duvet was comfortable, shower had good water pressure and apartment was cosy, warm enough with plenty of window and natural light. Landlord was prompt to respond, met us halfway to show the way to the apartment and set us up. Apartment also had a washing machine. Toilet had a seat toilet vs pedestal toilet which was great.

The location is brilliant, close to many of the big touristic sightseeing places. The room itself was very comfortable too! Though note; the room was not the same as the one pictured. I was told I could choose which one I liked but I just went with the first one I was shown as it was also very nice. The owners were also very nice and helpful in my time here. Would recommend!

The building looks pretty old but the room inside is perfect. Hence, this is minor.

Lovely spacious place with very friendly host. The host helps us a lot with our struggle using Alipay. The best thing is that they have WASHING MACHINE! It’s a little hard to bring many winter clothes and if you’re staying long washing machine is definitely a necessity. Overall, would repeat the experience.

Host was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The apartment is big with city view. Location is closed to Jifanbei, food stores and restaurants. The apartment building is a little bit dated but everything was functional. Bed and pillows were comfortable and clean. For the entire three days stay, we didn't have to wait for more than couple of minute for the lift.

The location is perfect, close to tourist attractions. There are many eateries near the apartment so you wouldn’t need to worry about finding places to eat. The room is also clean and big. The owner is super helpful and always accommodate to my requests. There’s also room service. You just have to text the owner for the room service. All in all it is super worth the price!
