Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Hong KongBut the window was very dirty and could see a view. The locations is far away from the city centre. The staff was struggling with English.
The room is quite big and the bathtub is very luxurious. The bed was comfortable and big.

The hotel has an amazing breakfast and offers nice views if you have a room on higher floors.

BrazilThe breakfast could have more fruits, despite of having a lot of options and be rich.
The hotel facade is not good but when you get inside everything is nice, and the room is very special. Loved the coffee, mattress, soap and shampoo very top, and the blinds were efficient to block the sunlight.

United StatesLocation: For where I was going, I had to most often walk to the Fudan University metro stop. That's about 20 min on foot (and the buses weren't coming frequently enough to make waiting worth it). | Room: An actual chair would be useful to work on a laptop. The room has a little bench with no back. | Service: This is a small detail, but I wished fruits would be available on time and for the duration of breakfast: for the first two mornings, it wasn't available for the first 25 min of breakfast (and then I had to leave), on my last morning, the fruit bowls were already removed 20 min before breakfast time was closing...
Huge room with a very comfortable bed. Heavy luxurious-feeling duvet / linen, fairly big windows for natural light. Breakfast had great variety, mostly Chinese breakfast items, but also some pastries. I liked that they had multiple brewed teas on offer (fruits come late though :(). There's even a sofa and bathtub next to the window, as depicted on the pictures. Going from Pudong international airport to the hotel by public transportation does take 1.5-2 h, but costs only 7 RMB (1 USD) and the bus will deliver you almost right in front of the hotel. Also, just a few minutes down the street from the hotel is a huge shopping mall complex - great for some shopping and food!

United KingdomNot particularly close to anything so the position is not great.
Everything about this stay was okay. The building feels a bit tired, the room is okay-sized. The concierge was helpful. Didn't try breakfast. Good quality free tea and coffee in the room. I chose it for the price, but during my stay in Shanghai I stayed at better, more conveniently located hotels which had better value for money.

New ZealandUnfortunately there was smoking on some of the floors, although thankfully no smell in the room itself. Note that the Google and Didi locations may not be accurate if self-navigating; we found that they gave us completely wrong directions. The best way to get there on foot is subway line 8 to Quyang Lu station, then walk 1.5km north on Quyang Lu. It is close to Bailian Quyang Shopping Mall, on the opposite side of the road. Reading the address numbers on the sides of the buildings helped us find it.
Everything was high quality, from breakfast to bedding, room furnishings and amenities. Quiet, pleasant rooms. The complimentary supper from 2130-2230 only consists of leftovers from breakfast, but hey, it's free! The bucking horse in the hotel gym on level 5 was hilarious. The complimentary laundry and dryers were some of the nicest I've seen in a hotel.

SwedenIt’s a bit far from the subway, around 10 min walk to 1 station. It wasn’t a problem for us though.
Very nice hotel with amazing atmosphere and extremrely comfortable bed. It felt like a perfect place to relax after long day of exploring the city! The view is nice, the bath is awesome, plus their coffee is just superb, they have those sachets of specialty coffee in the rooms and I’m forever thankful for that because waking up early with jet lag is no joke! There’s family mart, few cafes and coffee places nearby and a big shopping mall in about 300 with lots of options too.
