Great layover hotel near airport. 10 mins walk in the morning to great Shanghai street food and Starbucks for coffee.

Acoustic not great, I can hear people in the corridor and water running from other rooms. Internet not great, unable to use WhatsApp, Line ..etc.

Large clean room, very equipped with things you need for the night. Staff are friendly. Shuttle bus takes 20-30 mins to the airport.

The breakfast coffee was ordinary. The shuttle bus that was advertise stopped at 2pm in the afternoon which wasn't "24 hour" as mentioned.

Cigarette smell all over the hallway... sticky floor, but good to point out, they prepare clean slipper to walk in the room. Poor sound proof, clear noise from hallway.

Difficult to communicate with staff, no one speaks English or speaks poorly, had to use translator all the time. Shuttle service is terrible, I had to wait for almost an hour to get from airport to hotel, driver didn't find me, so I ended up taxing taxi. Poorly organized. Breakfast is chinese food only.

It was clean and the location was not too far from the airport. The hotel itself was stunning.

Not the place for warm breakfast food. Breakfast room was unheated and no effort was made to keep warm food warm. Not fit for most Western visitors. And modern bathroom was built to have little to no privacy.

I was there for such a short time so did not notice anything I did not like.

The room is large and modern with a very comfortable bed. The hotel was very close to Pudong airport which made it very convenient to stay the one night there.

Well… they pretend they provide a shuttle to the Pudong airport… which is not really true. Actually like they say it depends on the arrival at the hotel, meaning no arrival no departure. Therefore they cannot make you sure you will have a shuttle… Such a pity because of the location of the hotel, close to the airport, they should provide a shuttle… So if you want to commute to the airport I would suggest to book to another hotel, there are few ones in the surrounding and referenced in booking.com which can provide this service on time (24h/24h) and for free. For this I would not recommend Lin Yin Art hotel. Communication with the staff of the reception was very unpleasant.

It was indicated that cots are available and can be requested but the hotel does not have any. We would probably have chosen another hotel had we known. Tatami style beds in the family room are too hard and not very comfortable. Fridge in room did not work. Breakfast is available at a low extra cost but is quite poor.

Very modern and nice looking rooms at a cheap price. Stuffed animals for the kids in the family room was a nice touch. Location is a 10 minute drive from Pudong airport and very convenient if you have an early flight.

Live communication is tricky! Only one employee spoke English! Refer to Wechat when anything is needed, as you can translate the conversation.

Big room, all amenities available, bathtub, smart toilet… usually when I book an “airport hotel” in Europe what I get is a small room just for crashing and nothing else, Lin Yin was definitely a sweet surprise

I wasn’t paying attention THSR i should i firm the hotel abour my artival time ,so i had to take a taxi to get to the hotel. But next day the staff offered me use a shuttle bus.It was veru comfortable.

The staff are not friendly, their English is so poor. Restaurant service so bad. Hotel doesn’t have service for airport delivery. In the lobby doesn’t exist ATM machine.
