Spacious and well equipped. In-room kitchen and laundry facilities. Very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. In-house Mexican restaurant is good.

Last time I was here it was called Fraser Residence, I liked it back then and I sill like it now. We had some issues with some road works under our windows during the night and they immediately gave us a new room facing the opposite side. The staff is also super friendly and polite.

I would love to have a pool in the building.

Great location and view. Two thermo pump ACs are installed on the balcony making it difficult to stay on the balcony for the great view.

Excellent room, very clean and extremely comfortable. Housekeeping was very efficient, I didn't have to ask for anything. Reception was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic.

If you're looking to be in the heart of the tourist attractions and town, this is not that near! However, it is not far from the metro so overall, still convenient and highly recommended!

Spacious and clean room. Kitchenette was well-equipped and it was really useful to have a washing machine / dryer in the room (we were travelling over a hot, humid summer). Breakfast was decent. Staff were polite and overall stay was pleasant! I would definitely recommend this place!

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, location is perfect in the city centre, 5 min walk to Xintiandi area. Facility is u modern, food ordered will be brought to your room by a robot in no time.

We love the room and the view was amazing. The room has essential things that we need (washing machine, pillows options, clean pantry). It was a great stay for a week. Recommended if you want a strategic location with no fuss no muss service.

Upon arrival, 1000¥ is taken as a deposit but there was no indication of this beforehand and it wasn’t explained what this deposit was for until I asked due to the room having various decor and appliance issues. The furnishings in the room need updating as many are worn and tatty. The front desk were informed of the shower head which needed fixing and the TV signal but neither were looked at despite the front desk saying the engineers/IT would come to look at it. Channel 8 was the only channel which had films in English and this was the only channel which didn’t work due to poor signal. The swimming pool which was previously in use when the apartments were under Fraser Residence is permanently closed. There was also a note in the room about pest control being carried out and a warning that this may cause a smell during our stay. We didn’t detect a smell, however, it was quite concerning reading this note with no further information as to why this was being carried out.

We had a beautiful view of the bund from our window. It was nice having a bathtub in the room and the ayis cleaned to a high standard and replaced products daily. Having a washing machine in the room was a good touch and washing powder was provided and replenished. The location of the property is convenient and a short walk or Didi ride to some attractions such as Shanghai Old Town and Yu Garden and some very nice restaurants. Mayita restaurant is on the 6th floor, lovely staff and lovely food. When you order food from JSS they have robots deliver the food directly to your room.

Neighbourhood not very interesting or practical

Good value for money, spacious room and bathroom with small kitchen and wasmachine which was convenient. Nice gym as well. Staff were nice and helpful. Location not bad for transport
