Air conditioning needed some time to cool the room the first day.

The equipment represents in Chinese language such as Air Condition so it is difficult to adjust.

The Hotel located close to the metro and there is supermarket underground on the way to exit for the hotel. The facilities are modern and new. All staffs are willing to help every problems.

It is not in the city center but considering the prices in the center, this hotel has a very good value for the money.

We were upgraded to a spacious, multi level room with a well equipped kitchen with all facilities we needed. We extended our stay to a total of 6 nights as it was very comfortable. It was on the top floor with great view of the city. The breakfast was ok and the staff did their best to accommodate our needs. It is very close to metro line 7 otherwise taxi is quite affordable.

Nothing not to like.

Pleasant greeting from doorman and reception. Very clean and fitted in with our schedule when refreshing the room. Lots of space. Decent breakfast. Very close to no7 underground exit. Lots of shops and supermarkets nearby. So good we cancelled our next hotel in the Bund area and rechecked in here again instead.

The shower have some mould on the sealant, wall, and the floor.

Very near to Subway metro station. About 120m only to LanGao metro. The hotel just opposite a shopping mall where we can buy our groceries. Starbucks and Family Mart (24 hours open) are just very nearby. All staff are very friendly and always smile. They treat me and my family like VIPs. On the first day we were stuck in the lift, the lift suddenly stopped at 7th floor. About 10 minutes later, the lift slowly went down to 6th floor and the door opened. The staff offered us breakfast for 4 as a token of apology. The hotel lobby is very clean. Our room unit is also clean, with awesome amenities.

Judy at the front desk was super helpful! Location was awesome with a halal restaurant right behind the hotel and a grocery and convenient store right across the street. And Metro station was a 2 min walk!

Good location but a bit far from downtown but the transport was very convenient to get to the downtown Staff very helpful and speak English well

Kitchen equipment very basic, Wifi not working well (we ended up using unlimited esim instead). Reception says that this is because of VPN blocking, but with esim I had no issues at all.

Good location, close to a mall with supermarket and restaurants. Room has enough space for a family of 4. Metro station nearby but we ended up using DiDi as it was more convenient for our family.

Can improve more the lighting in the room. Personally found the yellow light is better than white light.

Amazing sector, super convenient to find things to eat, and almost next to the entrance of the metro, but enjoy the quietness. The room is well equipted, including all the products and utencils for using in the kitchen.

Hotel is just beside subway station which makes it very convenient to travel around. Rooms are spacious and comfortable for our family of 4, value for money. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Supermarket and minimart is just beside, can easily grab a coffee or breakfast there.
