This hotel is located very near to 岚皋路Station makes it very convenient for visiting around Shanghai. The room is exceptionally big with 2 floors so the three of us slept comfortably. There is a shopping mall and many cafes around the hotel making it very convenient to get food. The hotel is also clean and tidy.

All staffs are very polite. The sofa I feel a little bit unclean but it can be improved. Very convenient to have cleaning machine in the room.

The settee is a bit hard and not very comfortable but as it was not used much this was not really an issue.

It has lots of space and is very close to Metro Line 7 with plenty of amenity shops in the immediate vicinity.

hotel is just less than 5-7min walk from Langao metro station. Luggage friendly. At Langao station, enough retail food stores to fill your stomach. There is also a supermarket too but supermarket does not accept Alipay do prepare cash. We commute to many of the major tourist spots via Langao and the common station to change is JingAn Temple. Navigation is never a problem. Hotel also provide Landromat services. 25RMB for either wash or dry. Cool.

The location is convenient, extremely close to Langao station. The breakfast varies every day with plenty of choices and it's delicious. There are also many dining options near the hotel. The staff provides excellent service.

Thin pillows. Inadequate bath towels. We booked for 3 pax but only have 2 big bath towels. The rest are 2 hand cloths, 1 bath mat, 2 small towels so we used 1 of the small towels as bath towels.

Great location. 1-2 mins walk from Langao Station Exit 5. Modena is diagonally opposite Renaissance Hotel. Hotel exceeded my expectations. Langao Station is integrated with shopping mall with many eateries, supermarket, hair salon etc. hence it's very convenient. Modena surroundings have Starbucks, cafes, bubbles tea shop, private laundry services, family mart, Domino Pizza ... Modena itself have gym, children indoor playroom, laundromat (buy tokens from lobby staff), restaurant. Modena rooms are much spacious than the one we stayed at Beijing (East Sacred Hotel). Comfortable bed; firm. Bedsheets are clean & crisps Duvet crisps and "noisy", ruffling noise when toss. It's a well equipped mini home with well equipped kitchenette that allows you to whip up a simple meal. There is a medium size fridge (not mini fridge), microwave, powerful Philips brand hairdryer (relatively new), portable clothes dryer. Spacious stand in shower. Water pressure high with consistent water temperature. Basic toiletries eg. Shower Foam, Shampoo & Hair Conditioner. No toothbrush & toothpaste. Rooms have a selection of aircon or heater mode but functions are in Mandarin. All hotel rooms have balcony but not accessible for safety reasons. Only can open balcony door slightly with a restraint in place to allow ventilation.

Incredible value for money! It's literally a full duplex apartment with the ability to sleep multiple people. It has kitchen facilities and 2 bathrooms, a large communal area with a sofa bed, and another room with a sofa bed. Upstairs there is a large bedroom with ensuite. It was all clean and there were also gym facilities which were excellent - free weights, barbells and lots of cardio machines. There were also facilities for laundry. The location was excellent - close to subway and multiple shops. Would highly recommend this place!

The toilet door's too "see-through". The room layout is interesting but stairs to the loft may be challenging for seniors.

Location is a tad far from town but the savings in hotel rate from those in town is pretty significant. There are many cafes & eateries in the very pleasant vicinity. Excellent house-keeping!

It would be more perfect if the variety of food for the breakfast can be richer.

The hotel is situated conveniently near the Metro station with a couple of minutes on foot while it is in a tranquil area next to a five star hotel so as to enable you to have a luxury feeling. There is a big supermarket and a food centre near the station as well as some eateries nearby. The room is clean with a amazing look over the surroundings.

The room is perfect. It is cleaned everyday when we stay there. There is also a small pantry. It is very convenient. Moreover, there is a small drying machine in the room for drying socks, underwears and other small clothes. There are also cleaning and drying machines on the second floor for guests to use with payment. The location is not too bad. The metro is in 3 minutes walking and there are so many restaurants and another good supermarket connected to the metro at basement level. There are also two Familymarts nearby the hotel. The ataff is also nice.
