The property only lets you reserve the airport shuttle through a phone call after landing. That does not work so very well if you do not have a Chinese sim, so we had to use a taxi. Other than that there was a heavy smell of smoking, and people were smoking in all the public areas of the hotel (reception, halls, elevators, restaurant). The shuttle back to the airport was basically just a local bus stopping by at the hotel.

Large room (though dated), nice breakfast and conveniently close to the airport. Kind staff. Definitely lacks some maintenance but still acceptable value for money.

Facility not working well in the bathroom, almost not usable. Difficult to adjust water temperature. The water tap has very small flow rate.

Difficult to find shuttle bus. Used taxi instead. Shuttle bus could not open luggage compartment. Carried all luggage inside the bus. Difficult and heavy.

The rooms are very dated and fittings are tired. Not filthy but the cleaning could definitely be better.

I stayed overnight prior to a flight from PVG. The check-in was quick and easy with helpful staff. A shuttle bus is offered and times were shown to me, however i preferred to take a DiDi at a time that suited me (only about £5 GBP) The room was comfortable and had a couple of complimentary bottles of water. Nothing fancy and a reasonable price.

So poor Internet, that is not possible to be used. The personell don't know English and the communication is difficult. The locatin of the hotel is not precise and is hard to be found. Not so clean.

Fair price. Quiet place. Big rooms. Big and comfortable beds.

The smell of cigarette in the room although our room is a non-smoking room supposedly Sheets weren’t changed even tho we booked 4 nights. (New sheets only upon arrival)

We waited a long time for the shuttle bus. The bus is quite disorganised with not much place to put luggage (on seats).

Comfortable room. Staff friendly, next to a small shop for basic needs. Breakfast filling with enough choice.

This hotel need people who speak more languages, it's a hotel in the airport and the staff member only speak Chinese. The bus in the airport was late.

My dad mentioned the room was big and was very clean. Luckily, The staff member booked my dad bus transfer to the airport for next day and keep communicating with me by booking website to ensure I knew my dad was with them.
