Breakfast was great, fresh made changfen (cheongfun), lots of options including fruit, a coffee, soya milk, some dim sum items, etc. Plenty of variety available each day. A good space on the floor with breakfast to hang out, as well as cubicles to work in if needed. The hotel also has robotic room service, which is very convenient. It's clean, well managed, and easy to use. It's a little bit of a walk to the metro, but not a serious problem at all. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel on good location. Close to metro station (X'ian Park, line 12) Breakfast okay, Chinese and European style. Nice personnel, not all of them able to speak in English. Translate on phone works fine. Rooms are spacious, good bathroom with nice shower and great Japanese style toilet. I would definitely go here again! Good to know, the hotel is not in the tall tower, it's next to it 😂

We liked everything during our stay. The hotel is very accommodating and aided us with our requirements from the booking. Thank you. Everybody at the hotel was quite polite, diligent, and professional. The rooms (Japanese styled) were clean and comfortable, with a truly nice view of the city... plus an excellent TV system, and a wonderful bathroom. Food was excellent on the top floor of the hotel. The location is good, as there are some nice places nearby to visit, either at walking distance or by car (Taxi - Didi). Next time, we will stay for a longer time.

IsraelI arrived at the hotel at 5 o'clock in the morning after a long flight and an arduous and tiring journey, after I made a reservation on the booking website the night before, the hotel clerk refused to accept me at the hotel after hearing that I am from Israel, I showed the hotel clerk the reservation from Booking and the confirmation, and also that several rooms appear More available at that moment on the booking website, according to his claim there were no available rooms in the hotel, he called another guy who arrived after a few minutes who also announced that there were no available rooms, at the same time a Chinese couple left to check out and went their way, I asked the representative to get their room and he ignored me demonstratively A complaint is submitted to Booking for compensation, it seems that the reason for not accepting me is the anti-Semitism of the people at this hotel.
