Almost nothing. There was an construction activities in the building. However they can manage very well. There were a clear signage to reach the location, no chaos and we can still sleep well (not noisy)

The apartment is very near to Laojie Metro station (green line) which is the third stop from Louhu metro station (just after clear the immigration of HK-China border). There are several exit gates in Laojie which just walk-distance from the location. I like the cleanliness, design, and smart-room facilities. Frontliner staff despite not good enough in English, but always willing to help (I use google translate). Wifi was good even though not too useful due to the some restriction access (that's why I prefer to use my own eSIM for internet access). Near to Dongmen pedestrian street, the center of crowd, which many shops, food, malls and supermarket. Highly recommended.

There is contruction going on in the front part of the building. So in the day time, you might hear noises once a while, but if you plan to explore the city most of the time and don’t stay the whole day at the hotel, it shouldn’t be a problem 😃 as in the night time, it’s quiet and we have a good sleep.

The location is very near to Dongmen pedestrian street, the 1234 space mall (with nice affordable restaurants) and near to Laojie MTR station which is easy to navigate around the city. Will stay here again, next time I visit Shenzhen.

Only one washing cabinet mirror in the room. CM Service Apartments should have installed urgently a full size mirror in all its rooms. It costs only around ¥100 each. Also don't like the bathroom door that is obstructive to the users in the room unless you stay in singlely.

Renovation going on. Noisy on Sunday morning. Not good if you are planning to rest in your room. Don’t know when the renovation would end. Better call and ask the staff.

Got a free upgrade to a really spacious room for 2. Smart devices in the room. Overall clean and comfortable. Have basic appliances and kitchen wares, good if you are staying inside for a couple of days and cooking by yourself

A bit noisy at night due to the hotel being on the same street as the night market. Very hard mattress, not comfortable.

Breakfast was good and the location is also very convenient since it is close to the subway station. A bit noisy from the street before going to bed as there were a lot of people playing loud music on the streets nearby.

The drop off location is not clear - bigger hotel signboard and clear direction will help [no assistance provided especially for guests arriving in wee hours, the path to the entrance is very dark] as well as the parking allocation is confusing.

Breakfast was very simple but value for the price I paid for! Quiet place and location is great for shoppers.

It is a bit noisy on the 6th floor at night due to the night life outside. But it is totally tolerable and especially for people who seeks for local feeling, it is not a problem.

Stuff is helpful and the cleaner is energetic. Service is good. Location is very vibrant. Very good to get energetic local feeling. Home feeling.

I liked the cleaniness, the efficient polite staff from front of house, the technical team and the house keeping team. I like, the clean modern decor, the location ,its about 100yds from the entrance of the metro station .It was reasonably quiet despite being right next to Shenzhen's busiest pedestrian street, which is a fun place to experience. We have stayed in other hotels in Shenzhen and have not found one better. Dongmen Yitang Service Apartment will be our first choice. We have re- booked and our total stay is 18 days.
