Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Some rooms may be a bit nosy for sensitive people. Asking for a quiet room will fix this problem for sure
Second stay here and surely not the last one. The hotel is located very well. Countless restaurants, shops and a supermarket are in 5 minutes walking distance. Rooms are well maintained and clean with comfy beeds. Staff is friendly and very professional. Special thanks to Zoey, who helped us with countless food orders and other special requests.

To be fair, the English level could be improved a bit. Nevertheless, this is only a minor point.
Spacious rooms with huge, comfortable beds. Cleanliness of rooms is spotless. The hotel staff is extremely helpful and on point. Especially Zoey had been going the extra mile for us, which made everything so easy and pleasant. We fully recommend staying here!

Breakfast was a bit under expectations (one morning there were chicken wing tips on offer which is not really any meat!) the stir fry dishes all have the fatty small cuts of meat

Even though the chambermaids were nice I think more thorough chks needed to be done on the cleanliness of the whole place. There were slips esp dust here and there and the kitchen area needs to be cleaned more thoroughly. One of the glass had a crack and was someone missed it. Some minor repairs are needed also to the toilet area.
We didn't have local number so couldn't make dinner reservations. I think it was zoey who kindly assisted me to book dinner at HDL. Great initiative. Also thanks to Simo who allowed me to extend my chk out as I was not feeling well. Being fraser member helps. Location opp the Dreams On mall helped alot especially if u need a quick meal and groceries. Rooms were huge and beds were comfy. Washer and dryer came in handy too. Thumbs up

not as new as some of the fancy hotel in Shenzhen
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Frazer Suite hotel and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience. The location is perfect, offering easy access to all the mall and conveniences of the area. The hotel facilities are top-notch, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. One of the standout features was the breakfast selection. There were fair choices available, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. It was a great way to start my day! What truly made my stay memorable, though, was the exceptional staff. Traveling with a baby can be challenging, but the hotel staff went above and beyond to make everything as smooth as possible. Special shoutout to Jojo and Zoey, whose helpfulness made the check-in and check-out process a breeze. Their warm and accommodating demeanor made all the difference. I highly recommend Frazer Suite hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay with great service. It truly exceeded my expectation!

The washing machine ruined all the white clothes. It looks like one of the previous guests washed black woolen clothes. After washing, black threads stuck tightly to my clothes. I complained to the reception, explained everything, showed photos. There was no reaction, did not clean the machine, did not install a new one, did not apologize.

The main reason for us to book the hotel was to use the infinity pool, but when we got up and the pool was freezing cold. We couldn't even enter the pool. I only wished if the pool was warmer. Therefore, we could've enjoy the infinity pool.
Received great customer service from the staff, especially from Momo. The breakfast was great, and the cleanliness was 10/10.
