It was excellent for the price. A perfect location after our flight from Australia; right at the airport. The room was spacious, clean and with very comfy beds (for China). Breakfast was great.

Though I had a generally pleasant stay, but there were a couple of minor issues. One suggestion I have is to automatically include breakfast for two guests when booking a room, rather than only covering one guest. On a positive note, the breakfast was affordable and good value for the price. Unfortunately, I did experience a billing issue, being charged twice for the property. I'm currently working with the management to resolve the refund. According to them, the second charge was a deposit that will be returned, but I'm still waiting for the refund to be processed. Fingers crossed it gets sorted out soon.

I was thoroughly impressed with my stay at this hotel! The spacious room was a highlight, and I'd say it's one of the best hotels I've had the pleasure of visiting. The buffet breakfast, included with our room booking, was truly exceptional. Every luxury amenity I needed was provided, including a hair dryer, which was a lovely touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it difficult to leave! Although our stay was short, we were able to experience the excellent facilities, and I couldn't be more impressed. Wish we could have stayed longer, but I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious getaway.

It would be nice if the breakfast time could be extended a little bit. It’s from 6 to 10. 10:30 or 11 would be fantastic.

Amazing staff. Very kind, specially to my 11-months-old son. Wonderful breakfast. Clean room, comfortable bed, excellent location. It’s the second time I stay they and it’s our must-stay place whenever we stop to Shenzhen for transfer flight.

Everything was great. Nice welcome. Fantastic room. Quiet. Great copious breakfast buffet. The best of all was the absolute ideal situation, literally a two minute walk from the lobby straight into the airport terminal! The best hotel airport I have ever stayed (and enjoyed) in!

Actually after immigration just turn left about 5 min walk via gate 14, if u turn right via gate 16 then it's different hotel (Grand Hyatt ) so u will walk round n round for extra 30 minutes. So maybe clear signage just after immigration is better

Convenience. It is right at the airport, especially when my flight arrives in the wee hours of the morning. The counter staff Mr Peter Zhang was especially helpful.

Breakfast was only included for one person which is a bit weird since the room was for 2.

Everything was super clean and the room was spacious. Airport was easily accessible from hotel and the walk was internal and about 3 minutes to the shops in the airport which were open all night.

The entry to the hotel is a problem. Invariably all people coming to pick us got confused at the barricade. Specially as there is a Hyatt regency nearby
