It was extremely convenient for a late arrival flight. It's just a short walk from the airport. Breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They made every effort to make sure that the check-in was fast, when there was a queue in the main hall, we were asked to go to the club floor to process the check-in.

I had reached out prior to my stay to get a local sim-card, which appears to be a huge ask. There was no response until I had to ask again at the hotel, whom which they said it was not in proximity.

Proximity to the Airport was great, and there were food/mart options that opened till late in the vicinity. Room was huge and spacious, coupled with a good array of facilities which I did not use as it was for a layover.

The air conditioner was working a little loud at night, so we had to turn it off. The nice view was a bit spoiled by the dirty exterior side of the window.

Very convenient location! The hotel is located right in the terminal, making it easy to find and get in. Personal was very kind and helpful; we were informed about everything we needed. The room was clean and spacious, with a modern interior. A nice view on the airport entrance. Breakfast was fairly decent, with a varied selection of items.

Although many guests mentioned that they couldn't reach the hotel easily, on the contrary, the hotel is very easy to reach by taxi or metro or by plane via Shenzhen airport, just follow the sign that refers to the hotel by its name. The Entire hotel is spotless, and the staff is so helpful, especially Angel she was more than a sister. The breakfast is very good, although most of the Chinese dishes, there are many dishes you will like, besides the egg station, fruits, cheese and pastry, you will like it. the room was spacious, fully equipped with kitchen gadgets for cooking and also there was a dishwasher, microwave, stovetop, and kettle. it will be my first choice for Shenzhen, we don't need more.

Would be good to provide free self laundry. Since we do not use WeChat payment so it is not convenient at all.

If you need to fly early . This is the best hotel to choose. It is a convenient location. They provide a early breakfast before my flight. There was a lot of choices of food western and eastern style. Staffs were very kind. They upgrade our room to a suit level. I can watched the plane take off and landed without hearing any noise.

- the breakfast time could be extended for travellers who check in past midnight. - the swimming pool operating hours were weird and I couldn't access it using my key card.

I requested that I check in at 2am, cause I paid for the previous day as well and I was only landing at 2am. No one confirmed with me on bookings , but when I got there I was able to check in. The uncertainty wasn't great, but it all worked out.

Very conveniently located. Easy to find. It's like 1 minute to get there once you leave the airport. I was able to check-in at 2am.

After a long day of travel (delays), finally arriving at this hotel felt like an accomplishment in itself. Very easy to walk to after leaving the Bao'an terminal itself, the hotel staff put me in a huge room despite the crazy hour of arrival.

A good and convenient location whereby upon getting your luggage you can walk straight to the hotel and in a jiffy you can rest for the night or wash up for the day ahead.... Breakfast spread is nothing fantastic but good enough to keep you going for the day.
