Location was not at all good as main downtown area is around 6-7 kms , rooms setup was not good and was not user friendly too. Staff speaks only Chinese , so that is the biggest issue when you are staying in this place. Every time you need to take out the translator and some time you need to go down to reception area to make the understand your need.

RussiaSome rooms have strong cigarette smell. Staff immediately replaced it with an upgrade for a higher category. But the new room had a broken and smelly fridge, the furniture was luxurious but the walls and bathroom require the repair, the sockets were hardly working. Discovered a cockroach in my suitcase having left it opened once.
The hotel is located in financial downtown of Shenzhen and next to the highway. It is surrounded by small food stores and cafes. Shopping malls is in 10 min walk. Hotel staff is friendly and always ready to help. The rooms have all the necessary amenities.

Hong KongWhen we were about to relax and sleep on the bed, we flipped the mattress and noticed that there were some stains with a bad smell. We called a member of staff to change the bedsheets and he accused us of making the mess when we didn’t. We didn’t have a good nights stay because of this. We have talked with the operations manager bout the issue. She was polite and nice, and apologised deeply on behalf of the rude staff. however she only offered a special rate for our next stay, but couldn’t offer a partial or full refund for the dirt on the bed, as they’ve mentioned that they have checked the room before letting us check in. We were okay with the special rate offer… however we wished she could have offered more, as after some reflection, we aren’t sure if we would stay here again.
The location was close to coco park and easy to get around. The suite was very spacious. Everything was nice and clean except for the bed. The operations manager was very polite and nice.

Nice and clean hotel, just a distance walk to Metro Shixia, use Exit A. Peaceful neighbourhood and safe. The Hotel lobby is also well fragrant. There is a Convenient store just next to the hotel and a block walk to the community stalls nearby. Breakfast for us is good as we're Asian. Then Asian BF is fine as always. Bakery is great too. The staff is superb and check in/out super fast.
