The hostel doesn’t have lift, so you have to carry your luggage up the staircase. However, there is a male worker who will help you as well.

This hostel is very comfortable and there are many restaurants surrounded the hostel. On top of that, the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Kuddos to all of the them. There are cute animals around the hostel as well. Overall, this was a good experience staying at the hostel. Will definitely recommend to people who are travelling to Shenzhen.

It is a really great international youth hostel!!!!During my stay , I met tourists from other countries. It is conveniently located for traveling, and the surrounding environment is excellent. It is situated in a creative cultural park, where there are many interesting shops and a large number of coffee shops. The staff are very friendly. There are also cute kittens and puppies. The environment of the hostel and the rooms are also very comfortable.

So clean and cozy! I was in a room witho only 1 other girl which was a pleasant surprise, and everything was very comfortable. The girls at the reception are helpful and have a book with some sightseeing tips. Recommend it!!

Shared rooms with two beds in small room and no privacy felt like forced intimacy. But private rooms are great and good value for money.

Great surroundings. Green and nice bars, restaurants and stores in a newly revived neighborhood. Also a great property. Would recommend a room for yourself rather than shared.

The hostel is close to the road so it could be some noise from outside.

Location is great, just next to OCT loft. There is supermarket just opposite site of the hostel. Around 1km walk to metro station. Staff is very nice and communicate in English very well. There are cats and dog that really cute too!

No real hostel-vibes unfortunately. Guests where mixed Western and Chinese. But there was almost no interaction at all.

Wonderful location and perfect cleanliness. Everything you could need is around the corner. Only the way to Metro takes a while (~800m). Staff speaks English to some extent.

English Chinese. Hostelling international was started by the United Nations to encourage understanding in the world. This hostel does that. Environmentally green, lovely cotton sheets with high thread count. Music in the front room and lovely staff. Top notch

The combination of lots of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, even starbucks, and tidy rooms, pleasant atmosphere, and a really nice outdoor area, for drinks and breakfast, all can make the difference in a stay. Surely, being situated in an artsy district is a bonus, as it offers plenty of local culture to explore.

One door to the balcony was not airtight to mosquitoes, had to try and fix it with a bathtowel.

Simple rooms where you can open the windows and turn off the airco. Has its "colonial" charm. Nice place to meet people also. Metro, supermarket and restaurants are nearby.

Very clean, modern with good Wi-Fi and aircon. Dorm rooms only have two twin beds!
