The rooms can be bit bigger. It was very small. The lights for bathroom is but confusing.

The location was convenient for travel transit reasons but otherwise it doesn't give a true feel for tje exciting city of Shenzhen.

Best staff I've ever experienced, superb customer relations, the extra distance the staff go to is spectacular. I specifically wish to congratulate two duty managers, Kevin and David and Eva in tje Executive Lounge was incredible. Best of all, head Concierge Dean went above and beyond tto solve my transit issues, accompanying me to buy the ticket I need and will assist me getting my luggage from the hotel to the transport. I have a lot of travel experience and can safely say that this is the most exceptional customers erice I have ever experienced. Thank you to the team also, I know that great leaders depend on great teams.

Only minor point: bathroom floor (especially the shower) could have been cleaner especially in the corners.

Very nice hotel close to the HK border. They even refunded my taxi costs because I could not find the shuttle bus to the hotel. Very nice room, very comfortable bed. Nice service.

FANTASTIC HOTEL, I WAS VERY HAPPY TO STAY THERE. GYM AND POOL ARE GREAT. STAFF VERY KIND AND HELPFUL. TAXI ALWAYS AT THE GATE. I COULDN'T ASK FOR MORE. ROOM WAS VERY SPACIOUS, NEW, CONFORTABLE, WITH ALL NECESSARY AMENITIES. VERY BEAUTIFUL DECORATION IN CORRIDORS AND HALL. METRO STATION AT 10/15 MINUTES WALK, SO NOT SO CLOSE, BUT EASY TO REACH. SHOPPING MALL AT METRO STATION VERY HANDY FOR FOOD, CLOTHES, NAILS, HAIR, ALL YOU NEED.

Breakfast is not so good. Not many options of drinks for breakfast. I would probably not recommend booking the breakfast meal together with the stay. Another issue is during the check-in process, the staff informed us that only one breakfast is included in the 2 people booking.

The room is wide, clean and comfortable. The perfect lighting and view from the window.

At least reception clerks should speak English I broke a coffee cup and they made me pay for it. It's no big deal, but I didn't expect that from a hotel of this class.
