The chinese restaurant is fabulous , the manager Ms Yan she is proficient and very patient to help us order the delicious foods 😋 The pillow and the view from level super good

Location should is fine, but lots of construction was in process around the shopping area making it a less enjoyable experience.

Size: Room size is good. Location: By the river, with a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Gym: Very spacious. Regret not using it. Breakfast: With good range of choice though not top notch.

THE MATRESS IS LESS OF COMFORT MAYBE IS TOO LONG TIME OLD TO USE IF COMPARE WITH HILTON HAMPTON BED ,ITS QUITE POOR.

Overall very good hotel .4.5 stars

Breakfast ok. Prefer more lical cantonese food as we had noticed the majority of guests are Chinese. The location being close to the tourist old town and Chi River is a big plus.

Somehow there often seems to be a problem with retrieving booking records at the reception through booking.com. I've stayed here a few times and it has been the same issue... so checking-in took a little while.

Love the view of the river and the park. Location is centered and nice for walks nearby. Reception helped with booking taxis which is very helpful!

The hotel is a bit dated but still functional. However, there are notable areas of being outdated for example a non-full high definition TV with low definition signal and only one USB charging port available in the room. My wife didn't like range of pillows provided.

We were pleased to have been upgraded to a river view room. The room and furniture seemed reasonably clean. The hotel is close to shopping and sights across the river. There is a Starbucks coffee shop directly connected to the hotel lobby which is handy. There is a bus station just around the corner for direct routing to the Shenzhen Bay border crossing to HK or to Zhuhai border crossing.

The room was huge and the river view was brilliant. We had meals in the Chinese restaurant on the second floor and the breakfast buffet and both were nice and good value. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Dave Lin 林冠權. Dave showed us the places of interests around the area. My mom is in her 80's and she is 中山石岐人。She lived here when she was 5 years old and she was very pleased to ve back seeibf all the developments. Dave also helped us on luggages and transport on our way out. Thanks to his hospitality and we enjoyed the stay very much.

the staff at the front desk should hand over our id after finish check in instead they put it into the key envelope and it end up that i return the whole envelope to them the next morning and they did not check it and i left and i found i lost my id upon i check in at the next hotel it reminded me i left my id at this hotel when i check out. they did called and email me but i forget to check it out. i admitted this is part of my problem but the hotel staff can do it better, they should make sure they hand over the id personally to the client instead of put it into the key envelope.

the chinese meat bun (cha shiu bao) taste poor the chicken sausage supposed to have qq taste but the one i had is very soft taste
